Pineapple: Looks good She started to grow on a daily basis and responds well to the weather temperatures Haze 2.0: Looks good too! She also grows on a daily basis but a little more slow I think because this week weather was crazy and I skipped a day of water GSC: It looks like she has not settled the stem is not green like the others but a little pale kinda like when they were first emerging and has only 2 leaves I will appreciate any help or info about why my Girl Scout does not grow

Went to the local grow to get some assistance and they pointed out the high temperature and not so good airflow was probably stressing the plants, so I put the pods down were they originally where and bought an extractor, along with some nutrients it should help lower the stress. All plants are healthy since temperature was lowered down. GSC stem turned green and started to grow but looks like she is going to take her time. Pineapple & Haze are growing good. I noticed in day 20 pineapple showed some pistils, is it normal?

DAY 30 -Pineapple 64 cm Shows good and healthy development -Haze 45 cm Growing healthy at a more moderate pace no problems so far -GSC 40 cm She had a good recovery in week 4 responding well to nutrients and has been healthy since. All plants have lots of pistils, tried some LST in day 24 but didn't want to manipulate them too much so it didn't work. Defoliated some fan leaves so light can reach the bottom of the plants.

Changed past week to HPS. All plants are healthy, strong stems, vibrant green and keep developing, they have loved the nutrients so far. Cookies height has surpassed Haze although Haze has developed more it's lower branches. GSC made an impressive job recovering from it's initial rough weeks, These weeks it has only grown Plants height: Pineapple 80 cm GSC 73 cm Haze 58 cm

They are into serious flowering, PE & Haze stopped growing, GSC it's at her best. Both @FastBuds can't grow more because they are too close to the lights, but I bet GSC would have grow more. A subtle diesel-citric smell is showing, had to put the charcoal filter which have been useful. Some buds started to form, did some stress training on the PE, pressing the branches enough to NOT break them and let them heal. And cut some fan leaves to allow better light on lower area. PD: Going to post better quality pictures

Week 9 Haze is getting yellow leaves, I think it's because harvest is near. PE have some weird leaves on top, looks like she had too much nutrients so this week they didn't get nutrients. Broken stems healed but inconveniently they don't get good light because they are horizontal now. GSC looks good, probably she would be the last one to be harvested

@TinyGreens, Yeah - i would agree, but I also feel that the pheno I got was extra stout and bushy. Keep in mind that I am growing under LED and T5 High Output bulbs of various spectrums. She is like 12" tall but the main cola is like 3" around now. Should make for some nice dense buds. It has been a joy to grow and watch!
TinyGreens
TinyGreenscommented7 years ago
@Zannabis7, I looked your PE and it's cool, you already have some tricoms all over the plant and it's so bushy too, I believe LED lights make bushy plants no matter the predominance.

@TinyGreens, Of course. How can I help but follow someone that is growing the same @FastBuds Pineapple Express at the same time as I am and in the same week of maturity. Interesting that we have had such different results. Yours is looking great!

3 weeks into the flower phase which means that the stretch phase is over and now all focus has shifted into bud production :) Starting to put on some nice weight my friend and that is only going to get better in the coming weeks :) I'll drop back in in the next update :) Until then keep up the great work! All the best Mark..

Looking well to reduce stretch u could get them closer to the light it seems there stretching for it

Seedlings always grow slow in the very beginning as they are establishing a tap root. Leaf growth will multiply later in the vegetation stage. Your daytime temps seem a little high at 86 F, you should strive for right around 80 F if possible. Let me know if you have any other questions. - Zannabis7
TinyGreens
TinyGreenscommented7 years ago
@Zannabis7, I left it at 20" and added a USB fan pointing directly to the light, there is already one fan for the plants. Thank you for your help! I will write the results
Zannabis7
Zannabis7commented7 years ago
@TinyGreens, Circulation is important and can help cool the temperature. If you have a small fan you can set back away from plants and have blowing in their direction - not directly on them, this will help with temperatures. Try lowering the light back to 20" with the fan. Another trick is to just use a CFL light bulb and hover directly over plant during the early vegetation stage and then when you get a few more leaves, move under your HID. Let me know what you decide and how it goes. Hope this helps. - Zannabis7
TinyGreens
TinyGreenscommented7 years ago
@Zannabis7, Thank you! As matter of fact you can help me. At first the seedlings were at 28 inch from the light they started to grow tall, for what I know it means they go for the light so I raised the pods closer to the light (20inch) that means they get a heat rise about 2F-4F. What would be more convenient left them(in a normal wheater the temperature is 82F tops) or lower them to the original height and get a better control over temperature(never goes over 80)?

Oh yes the girls are well into flower now and the switch over to hps is going to help greatly as these girls put on a flower show :) Super work so far my friend! Keep it up! All the best Mark...
