Hi Buddies! I hope you are all doing fine with this situation we are suffering with the Covid-19, strange times we are living!
We are back with a new cultivar once again with some new strains from RQS, in this case we are going to test the brand new Cookies Gelato from their catalogue.
Once again we are using our own led light technology from www.horticulturaled.com in case any one of you is looking for an update on the light technology used we will be really happy to help.
As we are combining two cultivars at the same time, we decided to buy a small propagator tent so we can use it for the first 3 weeks of the vegetation stage before passing to the other grow area we are managing, so all these pics corresponds to the germination process and the first weeks, you will see that the pot size has been increased before passing them to the final 7 liter pots..

Hi Buddies! As you can see during this week plants were moved to a bigger pot close to 1 liter so they can pass the last days on the small propagation tent before moving to the bigger area on the grow room.
Hi Buddies! During this last week on the small propagation tent plants grew a lot creating all the new lower branches so they are perfect to be moved to the bigger grow area.
Lets see how these Cookies Gelato manage during previous weeks before switching to flowering stage.
Hi Buddies! After some topping for most of the plants they have started recovering, we include some new fertilizers that made them some minor damages so after 2 days the green color that was the tipical color weeks before has returned...lets see how they continue during next weeks!!
Hi Buddies! As you can see on the photos all the plants after the topping and also after some light defoliations look really strong, with thick steams and the tipical structure that I most like.
Veg stage has taken some time close to 42 days including the germination days, so after all this time and with the final structure that most of the plants has its time to give them some more days of veg before switching to 12-12 flowering stage.

By day 10 all them started to shoe the first flowers so Im happy how this new strain from RQS is going...lets see if they go to the cookies side or the gelato side 😁😁😁
At this moment plants are a good mix of a gelato and a cookies, buds are big and dense and the way resin is shown makes them look like a cookies but bud structure and color make them the gelato look...lets continúe with the party!😋😋😋
We are close to the end, despite the hot of spain these ladies are really enjoying the trip...nice buds strong and dense and a very different smell, a very good choice for a solo cultivar...😎😎😎
Next update will be the harvest one..really happy with this Cookies Gelato from RQS, they accept all the stress you can apply with the topping and a high intensity led lamps, so I will recomend it highly!!

Very happy with the result! Great structure plants with a lot of buds and main colas really dense...the taste is the perfect blend btw Royal Cookies and their Gelato...let the cure for long if you like the cookies smell and taste...I enjoyed them during my vacations on the beach and the smoke was really good, perfect for resting and also having some fun!!!
