Amnesia Auto - 2nd grow

Returning for grow #2 after a short break. This time with Amnesia auto which is my favorite strain ever since trying this in Amsterdam. The key of this grow for me is to not repeat the same mistake of overwatering like first blue dream grow and hopefully not stunt it. Let's see how it goes! Thurs 23 Jan - 22:30 seed in drinking water (2 bluedream, 3 amnesia) Friday 24 Jan - 17:30 seed in facial tissue (in for 1 day 7 hrs) ————— day 0 (week 1) Monday 27 Jan - 10pm breakthrough 🌱(am2,am3) Wednesday 29 Jan - dimmer broke, full strength lights closer at 100% (20k lux) am1 breakthrough Thursday 30 Jan - watering until wet from bottom am123 (no more bottle cover) Saturday 1 Feb - soil still damp do nothing Sunday 2 Feb - soil starting to dry (light color surface).. only am1 still dark soil

Some heat stress signs of clawing leaf edges so moved lights higher up. Still very easy to overwater at this stage. Transplanted 2 of the 3. Below are my notes from during the grow just gonna copy paste them here. ————— week 2 Monday 3 Feb - all dry soil, watering 0.5ml/L whiteroot, 0.5ml/L fish amino Wednesday 5 Feb - growing bigger, green leaves, but leave edge curling up (clawing) cause by heat stress (moved lights higher up), or overwatering (water less next time) combination Thurs 6 Feb - watering same lot as Monday plus some all stage nutrient wax spray Friday 7 Feb - overwatering drooping Saturday 8 Feb - morning good growth Sunday 9 Feb - transplant 2 am into 5gal airpots. Not enuf soil for the 3rd. Water whiteroot fishamino about 500ml combined (light watering), move light to highest = 20k lux ⬆️⬆️

Transplanting auto took a couple of days to bounce back. The airpots transplanted earlier grew noticeably bigger than the fabric pot. Started some light LST Week 3 ————————— Tuesday 11 feb - 1.5liters watering whiteroot, nute burn on one. No growth since transplant Wednesday 12 feb - transplanted show some growth. Will wait tmr for watering Thurs 13 Feb - transplant 3rd amnesia ⬆️ 1 liter watering each* old soil retains water Friday 14 Feb - big vertical growth today. Sunday 16 Feb - water 1 liter each and LST , 3gal water 700ml

Overall good growth this week. Airpots are very good to help prevent overwatering. Week 4 —————————- Monday 17 Feb - Water 1 liter each and LST, 3gal water ~500ml อมน้ำ Wed 19 Feb - light watering all. New nodes on big pots Fri 21 Feb - light watering all. Add superbud veg nutes. Good response. Lower light to have more intensity Sat 22 Feb - heat stress signs. Move light up a bit. Sun 23 Feb - 2 liters watering total + superbud nutes. Good growth. Seaweed spray

Read somewhere to continue giving veg nutes into week 5-6 to maximize veg time before switching to flower nutes so trying that out. A very good week. Lots of growth everyday! Lots of new bud sites. Week 5 —————————— Monday 24 morning - good growth! (Evening 500 ml watering) Tues 25 Feb evening - 700ml on superbudsoil. Very good growth on am12 Wed 26 Feb - 2.5 liter water all am123 Add superbud Veg nutes Thurs 27 Feb - still dark soil. Praying leaves. Sign of leaf tip burn Friday 28 Feb - 2 liter water nighttime. Am23 flowering. Next week switch to bloom. Am1 lots of new budsites Sunday 1 march - 2 liter water nighttime. Am1 good growth. Am23 slowing veg growth.

Everything went well until this very week. I tried to use some flower fuel (new nute) this week and I believe it was the start of what went wrong. I was worried about red petioles but turns out it might just be the exposure to LED, not magnesium deficiency. Start seeing signs of nute burn on leaf tips. Week 6 —————————— Tues 3 march - 3 liter water night. Next time switch to flower Thurs 5 march - 3 liter water night. Flower fuel half 1 baht coin amount each liter. Some red stems. Magnesium deficiency? 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 Friday 6 march - nute burn leaf tips. Sat 7 march - 2.5 liter watering. (Only 0.5liter flower fuel) am1 droopy leaves. Sun 8 march - 0.5L plain water

And we go downhill from here boys. Started to show signs of calcium deficiency (if you r reading this please help me confirm whats wrong) which will get worse and worse. Bad idea for me to add more nutes which included calmag. The calcium deficiency I think may have come from nute lockout in the roots from phosporous toxicity, from flower fuel?. Decided to flush and the end of the week. Also, this week I started to use a dehumidifier to get RH down to 40%. I also started a new grow of Northern Lights Auto in the bottom right of the photo. Btw, was very happy with how LST turned out so far. It really helped control the growth and making new bud sites without hindering the plant. Week 7 ——————————————— Mon 9 mar - 3L water (superbud flowering), am12 show signs of calcium magnesium deficiency, yellow brown spots on leaves (bad idea here to add more nutes) Wed 11 march - 2.5L water. Superbud sweet soil / sweet candy. more calmag def. possibly calcium Thus 12 mar night - 3L water superbud flowering greenpurp Friday 13 mar - even more yellowbrown spots :( Sat 14 mar - 4L ph water flush. More yellowbrown on upper leaves. Phosphorous toxicity? -> calmag lockout

The leaf problem (whatever it is) I'm having started at the lower leaves and have moved up to the middle level leaves now. It's getting worse so I decided to flush it again. The runoff ph was around 6.3 which isn't too bad. I was hoping for a wrong soil ph that could explain the cause of my leaf problems.. so I'm still in the dark here. After the flush Am2 stopped the damage and continues to pack on the buds. Did some defoliation on dead leaves. I wanted to cry at this point but it gets worse next week. Am3 was exempt from this problem luckily but it is stunted from the transplant. Am3 flowers faster that the others not sure because its because of its stunted size or the size of the pot is only 3gal vs others' 5gal. Week 8 —————————— Mon 16 mar - 3.5L ph water flush. Toxicity on all the middle level leaves now. Getting worse. Need to empty the tray and flush hard. Tues 17 mar - flush am12. Am2 nice roots at the bottom. Ph water. Rest a few days. Am3 given superbud nute 1L 🌊🌊🌊 Thurs 19 mar - am12 ph water 2L + superorg 1L, Am3 superbud organic series 1L. Am1 still getting worse. Am2 damage stop already. Sat 21 mar - am3 trichome still white. Am3 flowerfuel 1L. Am12 ph water 2L. Am1 still rotting but slower. Sun 22 mar - am123 all damp soil so wait a bit.

Am1 looked to have very nice yields from LST work producing even canopy but hit with this deficiency/toxicity problem. Really like how the structure looks underneath after I defoliate. The buds on Am1 is not fatting up at all... :( Week 9 ——————————- Mon 23 mar - am3 ph water 1L. Am1 ph water 1L. Am2 superbud flower nutes 1L Tues 24 mar - am3 still wet no water. Am12 superbud flower nutes 2L. Wed 25 mar - am3 1L ph Thurs 26 mar - am12 2L ph water. Am1 dunno how to save. Am2 bud getting fatter. Am3 start cloudy trichomes. Sat 28 mar - am3 harvestflush 1.5L ph. Am12 organic 3L Sun 29 mar - am123 look wet still. light defoliation on dead leaves am1

Am3 the short one is came down this week. Hung to dry. Problem persists with Am1. Am2 returning to flowering and buds are fatting. Week 10 —————————— Mon 30 mar - am3 harvest flush 1.5L ph. Am12 superbud flower nutes 3L Wed 1 apr - am12 3.5L ph. Am3 harvest flush 1.5ph Fri 3 apr - am12 3L ph. Am3 harvest flush 1L ph Sun 5 apr - AM3 cut! ✂️ start drying

harvested am2 this week. Am3 with 22.4g dry weight goes into jar to cure. Week 11 ————————————— Mon 6 apr - am12 3L ph water. (Need to harvest flush am2) Wed 8 apr - am1 drink more. But water tmr lazy Fri 10 apr - am1 2L flower nutes. Am2 cut! Start drying ✂️✂️✂️ Sun 12 apr - am1 still a bit wet. Wait tmr water. Am3 finisg dry (7 days) start cure 📥📥📥

Week 12 ————————————— Mon 13 apr - 2L ph water Wed 15 apr - soil a bit dark, water at bottom, so water tmr instead Thurs 16 apr - 2L 3ml wiccabloom 🔋 Sat 18 apr - 1.5L ph water. Can see buds fattening up! Sun 19 apr - am2 finish drying (9 days) start cure 📥📥📥

Overall, this grow didn't go as well as I expected. Still have to figure out what happened with the leaf problems. I did manage to not stunt 2 of the 3 plants and did quite well in vegetative stage. I'm happy that the Amnesia Autos still went all the way to harvest and producing potent buds after all the mishap.
