Just out of curiosity, is it normal that it's already starting to smell? It's only the 2nd week.

I've noticed a wierd growth on the stem. What is it? Mold? Bugs? The plant looks healthy otherwise. Also how to get rid of this, what ever it is?

as long as it doesn't expand, likely nothing. The plant will be 10x more robust in a week. is it bumpy and kinda hard (as opposed to growth on it that rubs off)? that can be normal. my lower stems aren't so pretty all the time. now, if it rubs off or has a smell etc.. that's microbial growth. Again, i'd wait and see if it expands in teh slgihtest. it'd be a sign of overwatering -- never reaching a dry time to reduce growth and help plant fight it off etc. But, it sure doesn't look like the case.. looks perfect in picture how soil is around it.. clearly done right. so, 80% sure you are fine... definitely don't do anything yet that could cause more problems than it solves.

Are the new leaves (so far only the tips) turning yellow due to nutrient deficiency? I'm using filtered water because the tap water here is full of calcium.

I think i figured it out what the problem was. Too much light (light burn) I moved the light further away >70cm and she is happy.

Lower leaves are turning yellow and than brown and lastly falling off. At the same time leaves on the top are getting brown spots which are spreading. Certainly a deficiency or excess, but what is it?

Hey there, you got some nice ladies going on there 👍🏻Keep up the good work There is only one thing I keep noticing..I think you installed your airpot upside down 😅 If the bottom 2 rows are closed our airpot is upside down..the closed holes are to prevent your feeding or watering dripping out the sides Don’t think your the first to make that mistake..I’m 3 years ahead of you 😂 Happy growing and stay safe ✌️🌱

@@rookie_Grower,no problem, the girls don’t seem to mind to 😂 oh and your lady isn’t suffering from mold or something else..those dots on the lowest part of the stem is perfectly normal..your stem is the extension of your taproot so it wil try and form roots..if you fill your pots further you will get some extra roots but it’s not necessary Keep them growing strong ✌️🌱💪🏻
