Second Run: Lemon AK FastBuds

Getting started! Took only 48 hours to germinate the seeds. Started with low nutrients and will bring it up as the weeks go. Using KISS method as the other grow! Day 05: Struggling with water schedule Day 07: really smooth week. Plants are developing as they should. Giving them less water than the last grow. It seems there are no deficiencies and I’m happy with the growth rate. Plant #01 is a little ahead of the #02. Let’s see how it goes through the next weeks! Hope I don’t fuck it up! Maxibloom is g/l. The first week was smooth and calm. Growing as she should. Maxibloom went up as the Calimagic. Doubled both. Let’s see how they react. Have done that because I’m noticing they are hungry ladies. Still going easy with the water schedule since my last experience was horrible! Less is more! Always remember that! Day 09: seeing vigorous growth! Also observing some colors in the new growth: maybe some deficiency? Lockdown? PH? Day 10: purple new growth disappeared. Calimagic on 1ml/l is spot on. Day 11: showing sings of overwatering! Did the same mistake again! Day 12: I’m seeing some new growth of secondary branches. A little stunned because of the watering mistake. Not sure if it’s the soil that is retaining a lot of water or if it was my mistake of giving more than it would take. Or maybe both. Once the roots have a good develop I’ll be able to manage it! Day 14: plant #01 got back on track! Plant #02 showing sings of N deficiency! Late in the same day both of them are back! Last week was difficult, had some difficulties with watering schedule. Ended up giving less than I should have. Plant #02 was hungry and started showing some signs of deficiency. New growth seems to be ok, but both got slowed a bit. Both plants are showing some secondary growth and coming back after my mistake. Don’t be fooled, auto strains are never forgiving. Living and learning! Day 20: plant #01 is starting flowering. Plant #02 is a little behind and getting back after my mistake of starving her in such a critical fase. Hopping for the best. Analyzing other diaries I came to the conclusion that the plants are on track, although they’re less bushy and small. The starving I accidentally manage to put they on have had significant impact on their growth. Day 21: everything seems to be on track. Both are recovering and growing like they should. Both had a great week, recovering from my initial mistake. They started to flowering and are growing like crazy 😜! Nutrients went up a bit, let’s see how they respond. Expecting great stretch this week! Day 23: both are stretching. Some centimeters every day. Plant #02 went from 7cm to 10cm in one day. Plant #01 is 16cm and growing! Day 25: they are right on track! Plant #01 is flowering and plant #02 stopped flowering and are vegging like crazy. She is growing more than 3cm every day! They are looking health! A little citric awesome smell is now dominant inside the tent! Day 26: plant #01 is 22 cm and plant #02 is 21 cm. Drinking 0.75 L everyday! Day 28: plant #01 is going to be a very little plant. Plant #02 is slowly going into flower and growing like crazy! I’m seeing some claw leaves in he new growth. I thought it was N excess but since I’m running only MaxiBloom I highly doubt it. This girls are not forgiving and seems to be very sensitive to PH fluctuations and water demands! I also discovered that the soil I’m using sucks and there’s nothing I can do now! Starting a new week! Plant #01 is in full flowering mode! Plant #02 is slowly going into flower! Plant #01 is going to stay very short since she suffered a lot more of something I still don’t know. Thought that was overwatering - it wasn’t! Maybe some sensibility regarding the PH or some excess nutrient; or the soil that are not draining the water as it should... Still don’t have a clue. Plant #02 is growing like crazy, a lot of new stems! So I decided to bend her using the net and see how they respond. So far, so good! Day 30: removed some of the fan leaves of both plants to allow more light penetration to lower sites. Day 35: plant #01 is only gaining weight, no growth this week, will stay very short (27cm). Plant #02 is still growing, 3 cm everyday, and is already with 33 cm, even after the LST. Still think my soil caused all my problems since I’m noticing it will stay moist for long time, it’s retaining a lot! But I’m optimistic for the final result since the plants are developing nice now! Last week was fine! No big surprise. Plant #02 stil growing and the #01 is gaining weight. Giving less nutrient and observing the effects. They seem to be sensible plants. That’s the beginning of 7th week! Last week was the last stretch week for the #02, now she’s just gaining weight like the #01. Started to see improvement in the clawing leaves after optimizing the air circulation. Always learning my friends! For now is just waiting for the buds to gain weight and prepare for the harvest. Next week gonna have some trichome pics for the #01 since she is really ahead of the #02. Day 46: Almost no claw leaves left. Still have no idea why. As I lowered the cal mag everything went back on track - maybe that was the problem! Plant #01 is really gaining weight by the day. Maybe 2 weeks more and she will be harvested. It’s the beginning of a new week. Not much to add. Plant #01 is a fat dwarf! Soon will be harvested, maybe one or two weeks! Plant #02 is gaining weight and have 4 to 5 more weeks to go! I’ll be adding trichome photos during the week! Day 52: got a new PH meter, a more accurate one. Just discovered my older one was 1 point off. What I thought was 5.8 was acutely 4.8. Getting close now! Plant #01 will be harvested in the middle of the week. Trichomes are almost all milk and I can see some amber too! She’s ripe! Although she is a dwarf (only 28 cm), she has a massive cola! Plant #02 is gaining weight like a champ! There are trichomes everywhere! Maybe 2 more weeks to go! Day 58: plant #01 is showing milk and amber trichomes. She is ready to go! 🤤🤤🤤 Day 60: plant #01 was chopped. 125g wet. Let’s see how it dries. Scissor hash was delicious! A citric gas taste! 👊👊👊 Day 62: plant 2 still going! Getting rios day by day. Looking the trichomes i can see 80% clear. The mais cola is developing some colors. Looking at the trichomes I have decided to harvest this girl on the next days. Se transformed into a beast and I’m expecting a nice yield! The colas are covered in trichomes and all seem to be ripe. See y’all on the harvest!

Not an easy one, but definitely not very hard. Had a ph lock on week 3 that affected the plant #01 results. Plant #02 survived all my mistakes and ended up giving a decent yield. I’ll update during the drying and curing stages!
