Random bagseed bucket grow

Both plants are doing well at this point. The second plant is doing much better post CFL switch. For both of the plants, I topped the main stem, threw in some plant ties to start low stress training and watered them around two days ago. Soil is still damp. I am experiencing a bit of an overwatering situation, but I will wait to water again, let the leaves perk up. One is definitely growing larger than the other at this point. I wonder though, since I germinated these in jiffy pellets, if the smallness of the second plant is due to the roots being unable to pierce the jiffy pellet netting? Gave miniscule nutrients this past watering I am using Fox Farms nutrients. Still pleased with the overall progress being made by both plants. The larger one is starting to slightly smell at this point. I am astonished that only three weeks in, this one is throwing off terpenes.
