Training with plant wire get the correct results needed. Topped her and she’s going along well, seems like i need to increase her (N) and up the (P) cause her petioles are purpling (but i’m also not sure if that’s specific to its genes).
First attempt at growing in coco, flushed and buffered etc. Going well so far, had a bit of learning curve with learning the watering interval.
Topped this cheese, so far she’s been great with the transplant from the solo cup. I accidentally over fed and her tips burnt a little but i flushed the medium with .7 EC solution and she got a lot better and started growing again.
Wish i could find a easier way to train her but this wire and pole system is honestly fail proof and removes need for net in my opinion.
She is still purple mind you i been treating with CalMag and P/K. I think i might drop the CalMag and try using EpsomSalts to keep the cation balance happy in the coco.
Have a small cheese in the background and a baby CBD.
I try to bring my plants outside now to get sun when the lights shut off, since they’re autos why not right?
First run at cococoir. But of a learning curve from DWC but i’m happy to say she’s thriving.
Got about 8 colas and a few second lil ones.
Very happy with this medium and not having to fight root rot constantly.
Getting a hang of the Coco growing and it’s magnesium leeching abilities. Also learning how to properly feed these autos, they’re very different from photosensitive plants.
Her training has produced some nice bud spots but I fear that topping her in the beginning caused her to stunt and gnome 🙁.
Healthiest plant i’ve had so far.
