1st grow - Space Bucket

First days of grow! Planted them on the 29 of april. Seed cracked and open on the 2-3 of may. Also, i made my Super soil 2 weeks ago to let it cure for about a month before transplant. Recipe i use for the soil is : 3 part soil (Pro Mix all purpose soil) 1 part compost (Fafard bioforest) 1 part perlite 1 part vermiculite 1 part Peatmoss (Fafard) 1/2 part worm casting 1 cup mycorhizes (mikes) 2/3 cup Gaia Green guano 2/3 cuo Gaia Green Kelp 2/3 cup Dolomite Lime

Hey! Here's some picture of the beginning of my second week! So i add some picture of my second bucket to show the improvements from the first one (3d printed Fan silencer on top, better cable gland, 3d printed fan connector for the side and interior connector to control the direction of the flow, black covering, . I think the 3 fluocompact (with the awsome acrylic laser cut interior bulb holder) will offer a better lighting then the mix of led of the first bucket. Plant are growing fast and are strong! I transplanted the 2 plant )4 of the other one was for a friend) into the real soil mix and grow bag. The soil mix (described in the firt week) as cure for 1 month before using. The small plant started some rootbound already! Lets start week 3 strong with the new transplant soil and some compost tea!

Lots of things this week! I did some aereted compost tea for the first time. Recipe is easy. 1 5 gallon of declorinated water. In a 400 micron bag, 2 scoop of worm castin, 2 tbsp of alfafa, 2 table spoon of kelp 1 table spon of bat guano. 2 tbsp of unsulphure melasse. Then you put air pomp in it for 24 to 36h max. hey guys! I decided to baptized my two ladys and add some visual markers to see wich is witch easily! Batman = CBDurban / black bucket Robin = Afghan / white bucket After watching a tones of videos i finally decided to apply some prunning techniques. Batman received a topping to have for cola's, and Robin was FIM and i remove 2 big leaves that was doing lots of shadow! You can see the hole process by picture and videos! Thanks for following! Big Week! I decided to do 2 different path for my two different bucket (Batman AKA CBDurban and Robin AKA Afghan). Robin is growing super fast because i just FIM it last week vs Batman who's growing super strong but really slowly. This is why the Afghan is going in flowering because i will rapidly reach the top of my bucket. I did a second compost tea this week and it was great. Really smooth and relaxing doing this!

I remove some leaf (yes again) because it was touching the led of the bucket and it was to dense and the light wasn't going through the plant. Most of the picture is at the end of week 2. Will post some of week 3 really soon. For Batman, the CBDurban, I am in love with it. I don't want to put it in flower right now because it's awesome to see it grow strength like this. I am thinking of may be put it in flowering In May be 2 or 3 weeks... who knows :-P I can really bend the branches and go hard with it and in 2 days it recover... crazy! hey guys! Its the summer, sorry for being less tight on my post. Lots of big thing this week. Flower is really starting to come out of my afghan. Its really getting tall in my bucket set up. I bought a 4x2 tent from vivosun and a sp150 from mars hydro for my next set up. I will continue my CBDurban in the tent because its starting to be tight and i want the best light as possible for it. My afghan will continue the bucket experience to the end but not the CBDurban. This week i started to have some gnats :-/ Clearly, like a novice, i have been overwatering for a few weeks and those damn fly make their nest in my soil. Hey guys! Its summer! A lot more difficult to be steady for my diaries... sorry. This week i have only apply top 4-4-4 from gaia green. I am starting to really hate this bucket growing :-( its really to small to grow weed and the plant is growing so fast and big that it touch all of the interior of the bucket (so the full spectrum led that or on the side). I am definitely not advise people to grow in small 5 gallons bucket. At least a garbage or something bigger...
