She's been growing well. I started giving her some extra nutes but I figured I'd start off slowly.
Few days later I noticed some aphids infesting one other plant in the garden. Tried removing all the aphids and larvae.
The next day I noticed my leaves had spots all around, turns out we have aphids again.
Called my friend for some neem oil, removed the bugs that I could see, applied it. Now waiting to see if it's enough of a barrier.
I see you used a metal/plastic band to tie her down.. There’s a chance that it will cut her stem. It’s better to use a something soft.

@CoastGrower, thank you for your reply! I've read about plastic bands not being the best for holding down plants but for now this is all I have in hand...
I'll for sure try and finding something else to tie her down with or at least keep a close eye in the beginning.
