2nd grow after a first unsuccesful attempt (practice makes perfect !) 4 seeds (2 northern lights + 2 quick ones) indoor pre-vegetation (until the end of week 2) under a 60W white lamp (approx 14/10 schedule) (about 5cm distance from light) once night temperature reaches 18-20 degrees celsius, I'll transplant them in bigger pots. medium : coco mixed with organic soil (40/60 partition) let me know tips for outdoor growing if you have some ! thanks and happy growing to y'all End of week 1 edit : very good week overall, didn't think the 60W light bulb would be so efficient with growing my seedlings. 1 more week, and they will be ready to be transplanted outdoor !

Will the seedling recover from its heat/light burn ? When going outdoors, do you usually place your seedlings under the direct sunlight ? Current temp in my location (22°C day/15°C night) Thanks in advance !

Nothing too bad happened. She will bounce back. She needs to develop some more roots now to become strong. Keep her in a sunny place behind the window in room temperature and after 2 weeks she will be ready for the outside world😉

This NL is about 3-4 weeks ; I only tied up the top of the plant to the side of the pot. Let me know what you think about it

The plant react to what you do in predictable ways.. the only concern is root structure.. as long as it is robust enough not to deteroy itself as you bend it down and add pressure to that area, then it is all good. An anchor at base of apical meristem is a good idea. give it support from the opposite side -- don't over do it or you add just as much stress pulling the other way, lol... try to even out the pressure from where you bent the top down to the opposite anchor side. you lower a terminal, it will cause auxiliary growth. you cut a terminal bud off, it causes redistribution of resources+growth elsewhere -- more so on the immediate branch below cut. Want somethign to grow faster? make it the tallest growth or at least higher than it was.. tie it up to opposite side branch and get them both going vertically.. they'll start to catch up. shape the plant.. manipulate it.. do as you want :) it will react in a consistent and predictable way once you observe it enough it's just clockwork to you.

A bientot,
