Germinated the seeds for 72 hours in damp tissue in cupboard, then moved to 0.2l pots on 5th May and have been moving them between sunny outside and window / small LED when overcast/at night. Living in a south facing house in South of the UK with very good sun so far. Watering with room temp Smart Water (PH6.7) as our water is far too hard and high PH, but will move onto Easy Grow Boost Tablets in the next couple of weeks. Any advice or comments are warmly welcomed as a first time grower!!

Is it okay to be moving the plants between the inside and the outside whilst they are still seedlings - according to what the weather is doing? Would it be better to keep them inside, by the window under a small LED until they are a bit stronger?Worried as the sun is very strong!

If possible, put a slight breeze on them, to strengthen the stems, before moving outside. When outside, limit the sun to 3-4 hours, or put them is shade for a couple of days, for indirect light. It all depends on where they are now. Remember, most small lights are lacking in UV and IR lighting, that you receive from the sun.
