Week 2! girl got over watered some, its cold.. having a few issues here but getting on top of them. I will see if i can not get some heat in the tent and maybe up the light (to get more heat) but will move it higher.
Week 3! girls roots have hit the res and she is looking fairly healthy today. Hopefully its all Growth from here on out! keeping an eye on her i am fairly sure her tap root was damaged early on! but all good atm.
So i thought i Lost her, I was complacent, I didn't read feed guide right, didn't follow feed chart in relation to PPM, I was Running too high PPM (last nute line i kept around 1000ppm) green planet recommended was 450-550 for stage i was at. and well she didn't like it.. leaves dropped, i thought was over-water, but was not. in end she needed less PPM, a little lower PH, and some vitathrive may have helped (it only just turned up) , shes nice and happy now and growth has been good, she gets 1 hour water 1 hour off during lights on and seems to like this for now (until more root mass is in res) well as least she is alive but prob 1-2 weeks behind, Good news is new tent/light is on way! and i will be doing a number of interesting Auto's in coming months
So my issues seem to be related to 1. Air pump being faulty and just not pumping much air, swapped out and been fine with great growth since.. argh wish i had realized this, was a new pump so didnt think of it.. explains the issues i had in previous grow as plant i had same issues with (droopy) was using same air pump! lessions learnt. if anyone can recommend a quality air pump please do! not quiet flowering yet, (luckily) but i think it is on the verge!
Still in veg, some pre flower showing but really still vegging.. but healthy enough. there is quite a strong smell though, and gets stronger every day.
Well i got a 1800L/h Air Pump and now things are looking good. this Pump was kind of $$, but its even quieter then the smaller pumps i had (3x) and is now feeding 2x tents, girls are loving it!
Ok, So i have been having issue from day 1 with this plant, each time i do res change i get issues, Looks overwatered(droppy) nute lockout? its DWC with LOTS of air, same issue oh 5.8ish. I have tried everything its got to point i have switched back to Professions nutes. ideas?
When you change the water completely does the water temps change much? If you add cold water and remove warm then the plants might take some hit from this maybe?
I'm guessing what could be the problem but basically nute lockout can happen in cold temps too cos the plant cant absorb some nutes in cold that well.
Molybdenum and phosphorus are two nutes I can think of atleast and I think molybdenum deficiency is also the one that makes your plant purple on the leaves and looking droopy like overwatered so maybe this could be it but the plant should workj it out when the water temp rises again. If you use cold water even
Switched back to Professors Nutes, altho not sure it is the reason its looking healthy right now, i think a combo of too cold water when doing rez change and mixing green planet too strong (dont go off feed chart) also found plants seem to be liking PH around 6.1 (but that could be off because of cheap ph meter) i have a bluelab pen on the way! but girl is doing well enough right now
Well... she made another week.. had PH swing after rez change, seems to have settled after i fixed it the next day but did cost it some days.. is prob the issue i have been having all along. see growers Q
Ok, so i think my issue has been PH swings (going up) after rez changes (water changes after being PH'ed after mix) will keep a closer eye on it, but i have spots on a lot of leaves (removed most) see picture! is this another problem(Rust) or from the PH swings? thanks for help

If you've noticed the ph swings then it's more than likely the issue with the ph causing a lockout or deficiency. I think if you handle that you should be fine.

This girl is going to yield but will need the weeks, still at least 3 weeks maybe 4 , slow going but shes massive, belive it or not i cut a whole lot of smaller stuff out of this plant about 5 days ago, and its even more crazy than it was then.. she has one massive base on it so will support a nice yield i think.
Shes powering along and starting to stack right now.. needs another trim out.. but i am mostly going to let it do its thing. Looking forward to a good Harvest
Girls slowly fattening up, i think it will be ready about the 15th week, gave her a hit with PKL spike as she was looking a little hungry, she seemed to like it was buds have really started to swell now.
cut some out of the girl as they had a little what i thought to be mould, but it was some rust (so still bad) this girl i will give another week maybe.. then cut. shes getting on my nerves.. hard to please.. very cal mag hungry and i didn't realize this until it was too late
Flushed for 4 days and got cut, not the thickest or biggest Buds, but very frosty and a lovely vanilla / toffee smell will update with dry weight and pics in about a week
She was a pain at 1st, but this was my issue i didnt know how to read the plant.. now i think i understand better the issues that can come up that i never got on last grows. Not the hugest buds, but this is on me for not letting here go longer could have went to week 15, but i needed the space. She is fairly strong smoke and even while not cured is tasty.. after a good 1-2 month cure i hope to test it right! jarred now and cure begins no time to stop.. more to grow.. thanks for checking this grow out and i hope it helps someone in the future!
