On April 30th I have planted the seed of Critical in a jiffy pellet and kept it in the propagator. Maintained temperature and humidity. Once it sprouted I have transferred the pellet into BioBizz light mix.
First week of the grow went pretty good. I have adjusted the things constantly trying to find the best way to provide the ideal growing conditions.
I have started with the lamp to close, at 40cm and light intensity of 35kLux. That was too much and she started to show signs of too much light exposure.
I have raised the light at 90cm and 8kLux she responded very well.
I have transplanted it early in a 3L pot since the initial container was too small and the roots quickly became visible at the bottom.
She have has been transplanted the first time but I have made the mistake of saturating all of the medium. Next day I have transplanted again into dry medium and followed the relevant watering technique for a small plant in a big pot.
I am currently struggling with humidity in the box, it being at around 35%. Therefore I keep the propagator box on top of the pots until my humidifier arrives.
Great week. The plant has shown a lot of growth during this time and looks healthy.
No nutrients have been added so far. I will wait a little longer.
I lightly watered twice at the begining of the week and on day 6 with aprox 100ml each time.
I used a spray bottle to often give the plants moisture.
The pH of the water has not been tested.
I am very satisfied with the way everything went so far and I am looking forward to next week.
Overall I am happy with the way this week went. I have started with organic fertilizer, topped the plant and applied a little lst.
I am satisfied to see that the topping caused no stress and stun. The plant continued growing and it's doing well. Looking forward to the next week
I am amazed with the results of the topping.
I have watered third time with Bio Grow and it shows good results so far.
I am looking forward to topping this plant one more time and see the way that will work out.
Overall I am very satisfied with my first grow so far.
A lot happened this week. From Topping and defoliating, to flushing and transplanting. The she is recovering from the nitrogen overfeed. I am satisfied with her reaction to all of the above. The LST is going ok I guess. I am a newbie and I do what I can to achieve an even canopy. Always open to suggestions from the community.
This experience is amazing and so satisfying to discover and surpass each milestone into the plants growth.
Looking forward to next weeks developments so I can plan the switch which I approximate to be in 10-14 days.
