seedlings transplanted to larger pots using organic potting soil for mystery strains, and FFOF for both Orange cookies. I put the cart before the horse on this one. I started my seedlings indoors, as I ordered my light and tent off amazon. Well since COVID happened shipping is delayed 4-6 weeks. Today is may 10th and they should arrive by the 20th. So for the first 4 weeks these plants have been outdoors getting 8-10 hours of light a day. Should be interesting to see how they do...
Sun is getting warmer, and the plants are getting more and more sun everyday. Still nothing close to the 18 hours that my LED light will provide once it arrives... Continued to water city PH 8.0 water every other day or when needed.
had a rain day and I let the plants soak up as much as they could. Great moisture day however now direct sun, even though they were outside from 5am till night time. I forgot to mention I have been putting the plants in the garage nightly since april 19th when the seedlings were transplanted and moved outside.
my wife fed the plants a light solution of water and miracle grow plant food. this was applied only once and since has been flushed with city water. Plants are healthy. Largest mystery plant is to its 3rd node. Orange cookies plan is on its second node, and the seedling got transplanted into FFOF and I used root hormone on all plants as well. I also performed some LST on 3 of the mystery plants with hemp twine. I fed GH CocoTek Grow A and B at 5ml. per gallon for 3 mystery plants and the larger Orange Cookies. (5/11/20) Fed CocoTek again on 5/13/20 grow A and B 5ml.
Bumped up the Cocotek to 10 ml. Still waiting on my light, so these plants are outdoors. It has been cooler this passed week, and it rained 2 days. Slow moving.
I am still doing some LST for the 4 plants not in FFOF currently.
FINALLY my Spider Farmer SF2000 and 3x3x6 tent arrived!
I transplanted all but 2 of the mystery strains. The orange cookies was transplanted into a new 3 gallon fabric pot. and the CocoTek was upped to 10ml per gal of both grow A and grow B.
Starting to see signs of rapid growth. LST is working very well, plants look bad in shape, however the inner nodes are busting out little branches just like they should.
Getting pumped!
Transplanted the last Orange Cookie and the mystery seed into 3 gal pots. have been feeding all transplants tap water on the fresh FFOF. Everything else is gettin 10mil of Cocotek A&B 2-3 times a week, and I flush every 3rd feeding. tent is looking good. plants are staying short, but are getting bushy. The 2 outdoor plants are growing taller and stronger.
Looking good...

holly jumpin! These ladies are packing on the weight. I started to flush the first plant of the grow. It happened to be the weakest sead out of the ones that germinated. However, it has finished up first. I used 5mil of Flora Kleen to start the final 2 week flush. The other 3 plants are still showing signs of needing more time. White hairs, and crystal clear trichs. The 2 ORange cookies seeds are also showing some variance. Both have a strong tangerine/orange smell, however the smaller one is a little darker in color and looks to be about 2 weeks ahead of her sister. Overall the grow is going great with no problems really to report.
Side note: I started using a tripod and cell phone case to take my photos. I am hoping that they look better than my previous efforts.
This has been fun and educational for a first grow.
Finished first full week of flush. Ran just tap water this week and finally I am starting to see some yellowing in just a few leaves of one plant.
I asked a friend whom I got my seeds from, and he believes the dark green and white-ish plant is a strain called Ghost Mint. I will have to look it up.
It smells herbaceous, almost minty so I am leaning towards believing him. A small percentage of the trichs are starting to get cloudy. I am hoping to let these go at least another week, however I will check the trichomes every morning to look for changes. Going good so far.
p.s. I was trying to low stress train one of the orange cookies, and a side branch/cola broke off.
Still has some white pistols, and seems to be a little behind everything else. I will dry and cure it, let's see what happens...
I learned something new this week. That there is a transition period before you start your flowering cycle countdown. Today would be the end of week 8, however I actually think its the end of week 7 of flower. Everything is looking really close to being done. On average I have 75-100% milky trichs, and maybe 0-5% amber trichs.
Only ONE of the Orange Cookies is showing the fade on the fan leaves. The other OC and the 2 mystery plants and holding on strong.
Pictures were taken with a Canon Ti4 with a telephoto and 35mm lens.
