Leaves are looking a bit crispy due to maybe a high ph run off? It's growing in a coco coir block for reptile bedding. Might try and raise the ph.

high ph run off means over feeding usually. test cf level. if ppm is higher than what u watering with then its over fed. if its less then means plant is eating
