This HBSS has struggled from the very beginning! She is stunted, and has a weird twisty shape to her leaves. She's growing, but very slowly. Keeping an eye on her, if she looks like she may not make it I'm going to have to pull her to make room in the tent 😕
Put her outside on day 10 to make room in the tent. She began the thrive the very next day! I don't expect much from her since she has had a rough start but I'm curious to see how she does on an outside grow!
She is finally starting to grow and look better! It's amazing what can happen if you back up, put your hands in your pockets and just let the girls grow! I haven't even had to water her, just letting nature take care of it so far. She has been a learning experience, if I get anything off of her I'll be happy!
Did LST at beginning of week then had a rain shower. Tie slipped and damaged side leaf at the top of the plant. I decided to undo the LST since she is outside anyway. I went ahead and topped her since she was almost there already. She recovered nicely the next day.
Re-did the LST that I freaked out about last week and she's looking really nice, she is starting to put on buds! She definitely has some minor pest issues that I am keeping an eye on but it's hard to control that completely when she's outside. I'll keep her going and see what I get out of her!
I am so proud of how she is coming along! I stunted her badly in the beginning, discovered that my light was initially too intense so she probably started out with light burn/stress. She has lots of deformed leaves, not sure if that is genetics or my doing. Lots of 3 finger leaves, very few 5's those are from stress. She has absolutely no smell, also not sure if that is a genetic thing. Looking forward to seeing what she ends up producing.
