She will be fine . If you check out my moby dick she was showing the same discoloring but is now gone. You should let your medium dry out before next watering . It looks to Wet at the moment. Something I leaned way back when is to only water as far as the true leaf . Hope that helps
Your medium is very wet for such a small seedling. She will only need about a shot glass or two of water right at her stem. Try to force it's Taproot down before out! Are you watering with pH'd water? Letting it air out for 24 hrs to remove the chlorine? Try these and see if it helps. Other than that she's looking fine!

LadyLollipop I've stopped lst and defoliating mid week. I'm just going to let her go. I'm worried that she has some nute burn or maybe deficiency. I'm hoping she just hit a small hot spot. She's wanting about 300ml of water ever other day. I'm happy. I'm just hoping she fills out nicely.

LadyLollipop This week was challenging! The fabric filter over the charcoal cartridge inside the tent had become covered in dust and cat fur, and was causing the heat to continue to rise inside the tent.. Once that filter was removed the fan could suck again! Filter is currently being washed and will be back on tonight.
Discovered some nutrient deficiencies, so bought some CalMag and some Bud Explosion, and new growth is looking much better.

I think I overloaded my girls with Potassium your leaves looking the same as mine, as long as your PH is in line, Moving Along Nicelyโ๐ฏ๐ฟ:thumbsup:

You are awesome! I appreciate your wisdom and time. I won't be using the soil again next grow so that's a great idea about making tea. I was hoping that the soil blend would eliminate the need for extra nutrients and being my first grow I went with simple.
She's growing fast since I started the feedings. Even has some frost.

@LadyLollipop, I hate to mix nutrients, check out Earth Dust, I think you will like it, the same scenario create a super soil and only water, I think it is smart and easy - :)
