DrJynx86answered grow question 5 years ago I don't think it's too much light as they are very far away, but I see a couple of things that could be bothering your girls:
1) Clear cups are awesome to see if clones rooted or if the pots are being roobound, but remember roots are afraid of the light and that might stun growth.
2) Are you letting the soil to dry almost completeli between waterings? For me they just look overwatered and no more.
I would: let them dry between waterings, you will see they get better and new growth is visible (neon green leaves) and roots will develop (looking for water), once you see them roots on the borders of the cups, transplant them to a bigger pot, and keep on the dry soil/watering circle, they will get really better in no time.
