It was stretching a lot, it gets very little direct sunlight. I added extra soil around the stem, hopefully that will just root and help growth.
And it’s really humid and rainy

Once she starts to flower yes, Lollipopping is the technique your referring to its a style of pruning. It can be carried out by removing all the lower infant bud sites from the branches early in flowering. This usually occurs during second or third week. Not far off. Maybe a week. Get a jeweler's loop of Amazon for like $5. Saves doing it by eye.
