She's the healthiest one of the three, but she doesn't really grow anymore. She almost hasn't had any leaf miners but still has some white dots. Yesterday it was my first time using neem oil and I hope this will stop all the different insects.

Today I saw white/yellow sprinkles on her leaves. I have no idea how to describe it and also looks really weird. Does anyone know what it could be and how I can fix it?

what Magic43562 said, looks like what someone once told me was thrips bugs sucking on the leafs, I did what he mentioned but I also just turned leafs over and crushed and little bugs I saw.

It might be some type of bug. I’d get some neem oil. Apply every 2 weeks, and only apply at night when the lights go off or the sun goes down.

They might not be as big as you hoped they would be, but they look healthy. If you gonna run autoflowers more often, i would recommend using airy and light (on nutrients) soil in the beginning. For instance Biobizz Lightmix or Plagron Lightmix. You would be able to find something similar in your region. Younglings don't need a lot of nutrients and the "fluffyness" of the soil helps with the growth of the roots. If the soil you are using right now recently has been bought, it might already has the nutrients stored in it for the first several weeks of your plants life.

@GreenVoid, thank you very much for your help! The soil is bought recently so it should indeed be able to feed the plant for several months, but it looked like it was growing pretty slow. I will definitely use the info you gave me :)
