Using Black Gold organic soil. Using a 4 gallon pot lined with a thin layer of rock for drainage. Set in sunlight within my screened in patio. Germinated for 3 days using paper towels and transplanted into main pot immediately. Used spray bottle to water when transplanted. Waited three days to water again with sprayer.
Using spray bottle for watering. I added some more soil because my plants started growing off center. I could have placed the seed to shallow in the soil after germination so I just added a little more to give the plant some extra support to grow straight.
Very rainy here in Florida now. Luckily I’ve been able to move my plants under cover when the rain comes to prevent over watering. I have not used any nutrients as of yet.
I haven’t logged in a while. Plants are still very healthy. I have not used any nutrients at all! I am testing this to see what it yields in this Florida weather.
So this COVID has helped me keep more of an eye on my plants. I’ve been lucky and missed the rain all but once for a few minutes. Still no nutrients. Book still are growing well and look healthy.
