Week 1 is going well, I cracked the seeds before I dropped them into water. I then waited 24 hours before I planted them in Coco Coir. Within a further 24 hours the seed protrudes through the Coco and by day 7 we had 3 successful germination to seedling!
By the end of week 2 I have noticed the temps have risen and the humidity has dropped. This will be sorted as the grow continues and I have placed bottles cut in half over them for now. Repping Original Sensible Seeds all platforms!
End of week 3 and as I have recently allocated 3 Tarantulas homes in the grow room I have placed diatomaceous earth powder - food grade; over the tops of the soil to prevent any infestation as I am also housing live food nearby. This will all be moved soon 😃
Heat issues arising very fast with hot weather, have to give them more water than usual and also more wind. It's starting to affect both plants during veg so I'll begin HST when the time is right!
started feeding but only half dosage this week. Will increase the dosage the further along she progresses. I also am still battling heat issues and thus has made things slowly grow.
Still having heat issues and it's showing! Moving the plants around every day just so they don't burn up too much. I'll be keeping a close eye on these girls!
Staring to see these girls slowly but surely regaining health. Not 100% but almost. 1 is lacking a lot more than the other 2, I will see how they are doing during the week!
Now that I believe she is healthy and the previous damage that has already been done has been established, we cam co to use with HST by bending the stem and allowing the branches and main stem to reach for the light again!
Stem bend was successful, plants coming on strong. Taken one out of the room as it was definitely lacking in something. On that note, I'll be sticking to a slight defoliation atheist a week or 2 before flip.
Stretched like mad in the last week, now reaching for that light. Feeding accordingly and the have both shown maturity. Atleast 1 day between these girls, flip will be very soon I suspect.
@GreenFingerz420, npm fyi in hot dry 16% Rh garage for 3x3 ft room my 5 gal bucket with 100 cfm fan drinks 5 gallons tap a day and cools room 20f and adds 20rh about.
