To me it looks like your plant could stand to grow some more. like another 2-3 weeks. But if you need to harvest because of the schedule, do what you have to do.
I would try and get a look at your trichomes to indicate where it stands in terms of age, "cloudy, clear, amber" I tend to harvest my autos around 13 weeks, but every strain is different.
I'm not a believer of flushing, but I do stop my feeding a week or two out from when I plan to harvest, gives it a chance to use up all the left over feed in the medium, I also do the two full days of darkness if it's in a tent, but if it's outdoors I dry it upside down in a dark room "whole plant" and trim after, I remove all the bigger and smaller fan leaves though, leave all the baby sugar leaves.
