Here we go, my first attempt to be blown away by the most designer genetics I could find. Spoke with GreenMachine back in November 2019 on getting these, watched him do it first in his version of hempy buckets (do check him out, quite unique)
6 plants run in 4 gallon hempy buckets 30% perlite, 70% coco. Top feed twice daily till resevoir spills out of the buckets. Will up it in flower to at least 3 feedings. All drains to waste
Room is dialed in. See my build journal, this space is in a non climatised garage. Insulation and air conditioning are key, as well as odor control for my neighbors sake.
Growing out 4 phenos to look for the frostiest nuglet and will then clone it over the winter for next years run.

All is good in the Scroggernaut and the plants are taking to their hempy buckets.
Ladies were topped this week and responding well. VPD is on point as can be seen by the way the leaves are praying to the skies.
The lighting is just killing it and Im not even cranked up yet. Trying to fiddle and keep the seedling plants on the other table close to the same size as the coco hempys, so Im using slowing techniques like early defo and light deprivation on the seeds.
Really looking forward to what this strain has to offer and hope to get some variance in the phenos.

A little bit of defoliation and LST to day to give the wrangly clones some shape and some mains. These girls will bush out this week, hoping for about 10 to 14 days before I switch to 12/12.
Feeding at 1000ec, some calmag, twice daily top feed drain to waste. The roots are sitting in aerated water all day thanks to the hempy's.

An explosion in growth this week and we are ready for the flip to 12/12
This frosty strain will have 4 chances to show me the goods, as I am running clones from 4 seeds
Healthy and happy, not much else to say
Peace
Nice growth after 4 days following a heavy defoliation. The Slurricane is overall smaller that the Bruce Banners they sit beside, but the nodal spacing is amazing and the branches all have ample access to the lights. The stems when crushed smell very heavily of lemon. This is a common trait with GreenMachine's grow of this strain, and he says his pheno like this turned out to be very fruity in flavor.
The 60 day countdown is on, this should be a frosty grow
These 6 slurricane are set up to be some frosty MFr's. 4 phenos, im hoping at least one of em is the frostiest nug ive ever seen, cuz thats what the marketing told me. A smaller stature plant than some of the others, but one of em is just a fkn mutant. The growth in the coco/perlite hempy's is astounding, right up there with DWC. Many of these girls have outgrown their mother which resides in 5 gallons of soilless. Loving the node structure and red stems on this plant.
F11 and all is good. Environment on point, smell in check, and visiting the garden only 3 times a week. Stay tuned for some monster nuggies!!!
The coco hempy buckets continue to impress. The rate of growth is just insane compared to the conservative nature of hand watered soilless mix. The girls are getting 2 heavy feedings daily, once right before lights on, once at lights off. Responding tremendously. The largest daughter has broken 4 feet this week and hopefully the stretch is coming to a close. Good thing for my headroom. I am having difficulty with humidity this week due in part to the weather, but I feel mostly because of an underpowered ac and mucho transpiration coming from the leaves. Set for second round defoliation in three days and hopefully some break from the heat. Struggling to keep the room under 70 rh right now.
The flood table is just rocking, all plants are healthy as can be and the lights are hitting thousands of growth sites. Will be a good harvest if all stays the same for 6 weeks. Temps and humidity were a struggle this week, but back in check now. Girls are stretched out, finished their vertical growth at F22 and have now maxed out the Scroggernaut headrooom. Upped the feed to include a bit of bud booster to use through week 7 or so. Started at quarter strength and will slowly increase. The crystals are starting to POP!!
Beautiful strain, grow it!
All I can say is wow. The crystal development and the absolute stank of this genetic is something to behold. A brush of the arm against a set of pistils will leave you with matted arm hair and a difficult mess to clean. Strong limonene presence in 2 of the phenos, heavy red color through most stems.
Will be a very special harvest and a very sticky trim. The frost is living up to the hype so far
Two distinct phenos growing here. Both small and tight with very nice frost and nice colors. There are MANY small buds. No main colas, so Im hoping that yield does not severely disappoint. Some very red stems on some of the specimens. Very interested to see the final form these girls take
3 phenos that I can identify so far:
1) A purple punch leaning crown tipped
2) A "caterpillar nug"
3) A dosi leaning crown tip
Should be interesting! Its snowing ! The frost on these plants is unbelievable, and the density of the flowers the same
Some exotic looking cultivars here, will really pop at the chop. Purples coming in on the crown tip (purple punch leaning) pheno, and long, phallic caterpillar like nuglets on the dosi leaning pheno. All of em just ram stacked with crystal. Loving the strain so far, a ton of variance in a pack of ten fems, and no disappointment at all on any of the 4 I have going.
All water and calmag right now trying to bring out the fall colors
Peace to the growmies
2 more slurricane plants harvested today at day 60. Very large yields, at least 6 oz each. Next week should be full harvest
It is very hard to describe this cultivar. Tastes and smells you've never experienced, photographs to kill for.. The trim will smoke better than regs
And the frost parade continues. 4 of the 6 slurry daughters have been chopped. First two cured out to 113 and 144 g 2 are still drying and will be bigger. All plants will produce over 4oz, some of them north of 5.5 so my target will be met for this strain after early apprehensions.
Day 67 and looking forward to what the last two plants can turn out in terms of fall colors. Very purple right now, but the frost is the show stopper. Will be waiting at least a month of cure before a taste test. Has been a perfect grow, just need to get it in jars
Dab press? Naw, not required. This strain literally grows dabs. The ripening is real on this one, day 74 and shes going 77. Full on amber couchlock, fuck yer buddies up type of top shelf reserve going on right here. Kudos to In house, holy shitballs.
The frostiest plant I have ever grown, I will enjoy watching my growmies do the same. Buy this seed and share it. It is a wonderful cultivar. I had two disteonct phenos, both absolutely gorgeous and unique
