So, I grew this back in 2017 and was probably my second or third grow. She was nice but not spectacular at first. After about six months of curing she became spectacular. Such a strong lemon pledge type smell. I still have about a gram that is now going on 2.5 years old and while a little sleepy now, still a great smoke. I have really been digging RQS's seeds lately. I only wish they would ship to USA. So this was and interesting time so I don't have a ton of pics but here we go with what I got.
Most of this smoke will be going home with a friend of mine who is a cancer patient. He bought the equipment and I grow it for him. He chose this seed because he loves that two year old weed of mine and always calls it "Lemon Zinger".
Got a pic at the beginning and end of the weed. Some really good progress. Still just pHed water with a little CalMag because my municipal water requires it. Definitely going to top her next week.
So another start and finish on the week. I topped her first thing on Monday morning (02/17/2020). By the end of the week the two new mains were quite established. A couple of the fan leaves are the size of dinner plates. Nice.
Started with a feeding for the first time. The Fox Farm soil has been fine thus far.
Sorry, only one picture this week. I did a second topping this week and even tried FIMing it a bit. We will see what happens. She remains super happy and making gains.
I only have one pic from this week and it is at the very end of the week. You can see the topping/FIMing has given me a fair number of bud sites. Trellis net will go up for next week.
So I missed a week. Sorry. So I switched the lights to 12/12 on 03/16/2020.
Added a net and started to weave a little. She got one of the few defoliations here as well.
We are in week 7 of flowering. I actually took some pics this week!
She is obviously having a bit of a deficiency but I don't have much time to mess with her and it's not that bad. On we go!!! Few more weeks left.
Coming around now. We are in week nine of flower. She is really putting on weight which is nice. Stopped most nutrients because we only have a week or so left.
I did not have much time with this one. She ended up nice and David will be happy. Currently we are on day 6 of drying and I will update with weights and dry pics in another week or so. Really have been a fan of Royal Queen Seeds and wish they would ship to USA. My buddy is really looking forward to taking home some zips of of this.
@sango, I usually feed and water once each per week and alt my feedings.
So I will water, light feed, water, heavy feed, water, light feed......... and I usually go three to four days in between.
