Day 8, Second set of leaves/nodes coming along nicely. They will be fed for the first time at end of week 2. 1/4 strength of recommended dose.
I added a large fan to the tent as condensation started at bottom of tent.
I plan on LST at week 3.
Thank you for visiting my grow, I hope to share as much info with growers.
Happy growing and enjoy a nice smoke!
Day 16, all plants are looking good apart from 1 Pineapple glue, which looks to be in poor health. I put it down to the soil as it was the only pre-moisten medium at the start. The rest of the plants are doing well and started life in bone dry medium and slowly moistened medium with time.
By the end of the week I plan feeding them Root Blast at 1/4 recommended strength and maybe first LST on some of the plants at this stage.
I'm happy with the progress and both Julie's cookies have proven to be the biggest so far!
I can't wait until they take off. Exciting times!
😎🤙
Day 23, yesterday they all received a couple of pinches of 100% natural fertilizer Root Blast.
Today they seem happy and have responded well to the 1.2.1 NPK.
Tomorrow they will be watered with a 1000PPM solution of 2.5ml molasses 2.5ml Nature's Own Guano Super Grow, and a few drops of Super Thrive in the 5L mixture.
First LST done on Julie's Cookies tonight.
Everything has gone according to plan and no signs of stress.
Day 29, 4 days since watered with 4L of nutrient water between all plants. The plants are starting to take off in vegetation. LST training daily and rotating pots 90°. It's toasty warm in the tent 25-28°C. Internal fan keeping condensation to a minimum, and keeping everything nicely dry. Tonight the humidity was at 50%, usually at 70% after watering and slowly drops over the days as water dries out in the pots. The tent is breathing through 3 openings in the mesh windows, no exhaust fan.
Root Blast is N.P.K is 2-1-2 not 1-2-1 to correct previous comment.
1 Northern Light plant is showing first pistols, the rest of plants are continuing to vegetate.
Plants looking happy and praising to the lights. It's such a pleasure watching them grow.
Tried some White Russian buds, I very much like the smoke. Maybe on the menu for future grows.
Happy growing 🤗🌲
Day 36,
Bloom light switched on, along Veg light.
Received their first bloom nutrients.
It is bucketing with rain outside and humidy was at 65% tonight.
Adding a dehumidifier and carbon filter as soon as flowering is in full force.
Happy with the way things went this week.
Continuing to LST the plants, gently bending tops horizontally and rotating pots 90° each day.
That's it for me from the grow room.
Enjoy a good smoke till next week.
Happy growing 🤗🌴
Day 43, I raised the girls off the floor and put them under wooden slats. I'll keep this as a part of the setup.
No monsters here, one Julie's Cookie has monster genes. The rest are healthy but smallish. Perhaps, DNA has a huge contribution to the size of the plants especially in autos.
I dont expect too much from these plants, hopefully enough to fill my jars.
I'll add more plants shortly to keep the tent full and start a process from seed to harvest rotation.
That's it from me for now from the grow room this week. Enjoy a good smoke and happy growing till next time!
😎
Day 50, added a dehumidifier and humidity is at 40%. It was toasty hot at 30°C normally it doesn't go above 28°. I'm still tweaking the environment as required. Training branches and tucking fan leaves where necessary to expose more bud sites. A few days ago I smelt them for the first time as I entered the tent. I'll be adding a filter shortly to complete the setup. They look amazing. I'm happy with the progress. Next plant I will not train, just to see how much it'll yield in comparison to trained plants. I'll label the pictures next week breeder and strain.
Thats it for me from the grow room tonight. Enjoy a good smoke and happy growing 😎 🌲
Day 59, what's going on everyone? I hope you guys are doing great and staying healthy and safe.
Temperature and humidity is finally at a sweet spot for me 25-26°C whilst light on, and 50% humidity most of the time. One Julie's Cookies and a North Light are showing autumn colors, with bigger fan leaves yellowing as of the plants are consuming them to create buds. Over all I'm happy with the progress and equipment is finally all in place and tweaked to optimal for the girls. Getting close now for some and others have a while to go.
That's it all from the grow room tonight.
I'll keep you posted in a weeks time. In the meantime, enjoy a good smoke. Relax and happy growing
😎🌴
Day 69, the plants are putting all their energy into making buds now. The buds swell up after watering with plain pH'd water. I alternate between feeding, no watering and watering with just pH'd water. Starting to get a fresh coat snow dust . Smells amazing in the tent, my lazy ass needs to put the carbon filter in this weekend.
The plants are rotated 90° clock wise each day, but the LST has stopped now as everything is starting to take the final flowering shape.
Getting close now, the first chop maybe sooner that I think. I'll take micro shots of trichomes this weekend to check for colour.
That's all from me this week, enjoy growing and happy weekend everybody 🚬😎
Day 75, I'm seeing more Autum colors in bigger fan leaves on the green plants. I seem to have 2 purple phenos. The stems have purple through and on the smaller leaves, light green coloured leaves and buds. The other 3 are dark green prominently. I haven't seen what they look like under natural light. Will be doing these shots on harvest.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
That's it from me this week. I'm your host Mr Height. And this is my home grown report. Grow, smoke and reflect my friends. 🌲🚬😎
That's it's from me this
Very easy plant to grow, not too resistant to mildew, one big indica pheno was so bushy it got mildew the rest were fine. Very small or large phenos. I had 5 different phenos so far. They also vary in taste and smell slightly and the effect is similar. I have 3 more RQS NL seeds that I can't wait to pop soon. Recommend this strain for beginner growers and some that wants a good smoke at any time day or night.
Can't wait to report on the taste and effect of this one and also the final weight.
Hello, and welcome again to another update on the grow room.
Day 81, the smell of those girls are amazing combined together in the tent. Not too strong, I know the carbon filter I put together is doing a good job. Bud development continues, they're being flushed with just water until the end. The NL is curing at the moment (aka midget). I'm going to try it out soon, and feed back in another report.
That's it's from the grow room.
I'll be trying out some fem seeds rather that autos, once I am done with this run of auto seeds.
Take care everyone, happy growing and smoking. I'm your host Mr Tight. Thank you for joining me here in the grow room 🌲 🚬😎
The three harvested tonight JC, NL and PG are wet trimmed and hung to dry for now. Once cured, I'll report on each strain. The smell is is amazing and pungent coming off the girls. Very happy with the way things went 😊
Happy growing everyone 🚬😎🌲
