24th of May = Week 0, germinated seed in a coffeefilter - germinated in 2 days, of maybe 1,5 day 31st of May = Week 1 Free seeds I got while ordering my seeds for this year. To be honest, I am a bit sceptical about home-branded or re-branded seeds. These are like faunal versions of OEM products?! Haha, hope I'm making sense here. I could choose which free strain I would receive with my order. I choose a photoperiod plant, just out of curiosity and I really love grapefruits, so hey, why not? Last year I got free SLH photo (by GH seeds) seeds with my order and although the plant wasn't the most vigorous plant, the taste is awesome and the effect melts IBS symptoms like a blow torch on an ice-cube. Love it! I think I'll put her in a 19L pouch and FIM her when she's bigger. GO GO Grapefruit! Cheers, StealthyDutchGuy

7th of June Hope she'll be juicy, bitter and sweet..... Weather is quite cloudy and rainy this week unfortunately for this particular plant. Rest of the vegetation in the Netherlands is quite happy with the rain I guess. That’s it for now. Take care and peace! StealthyDutchGuy

15th of June Weather is quite cloudy this week. Put her in a Airpot of 6L. Hope she'll be happy with that. I inserted 1 Biotab in the soil at about 5cm depth. Substrate is Plagron All Mix. BioBizz All Mix wasn't available at the time. Made a simple roof to protect the plants for heavy rain. Cheers! StealthyDutchGuy

21st of June Weather is this week was sunny and sometimes showers. She's a bit different than the other plants I've had. When it gets dark or when rain starts to fall, she drops her leaves and kind of looks like she's dying 😳 😁 Not more to say but I would like to have a grapefruit some day....

28th of June Weather was sunny this week, last few days we had rain. I did a FIM at about 75% from the top of the new shoot. Uhm, I really think this was a Fuck I Missed, because it just looks like I only cut the new set of leaves as there are no different shoots coming out 😂 So I started a LST, just like my OG Kush CBD which I'm also growing this year. This strain is has really big spaces between the nodes, but the leaves seem to be Indica. 😶 That's it for now. Take care! StealthyDG

5th of July Weather haas been rainy, windy and bléh. She didn't grow vertical, but she's getting broader due to the LST. No spectacular growth because of the weather I guess. Cheers! StealthyDG

15th of July Weather is picking up, less rain, more sun. She's growing, but she isn't looking super duper healthy/happy. More of a 'tough girl' with scars kind of look. From all the 6 strains I grew, this one is a TOTAL pain to LST. Didn't know that there would be differences in strains with LST. Man, she has a very own will where she wants to grow and the main stem that I am guiding/lst'ing is very rigid. Her smell is quite noticible, and it's coming from the leaves?! Never had a plant that smelled like this in veg. Wonder how the buds will smell. This is quite a skunky, coffee kind of small. That's it for now. I also plugged her on the Blumat Tropf dipping system and hope she will be bigger and healthier when I come home from vacation in 3 weeks 🙏 Love and a hug, StealthyDG

10th of August Back from vacation. OMG 😱 She became a beautiful monster 😍 3 weeks from 30 cm to 97 cm. Wow, that's impressive. So far the stealthy growing. I put her in another part of the garden where there is less sun (was way too hot), and also out of sight for visitors. Great to see the Blumat did his thing and kept working. Nice. Very happy till now. Hoping she will start blooming. Leaves are still nice and great. Love the color. Weather is super hot here in the Netherlands, currrently a heatwave. Stay tuned!

26th of August Yesterday I trimmed her, got rid of quite some small branches and took away leaves. Also gave her some bamboo support for the weaker branches. I also supercropped, in the hope she won't grow soo high that the neighbor on that side of the garden can see the plants. But still, if she looks over the fence, she will see them. Don't know if she'll have a problem with cannabis.... The supercropping resulted in quite some outer breakage of the stems, where as the OG Kush CBD didn't have any problems with it. Weird, Next time I will be even more polite with her. Sorry for the crappy pictures, weather turned to rain and thunder. Hope it will turn out o.k. Thanks for checking! Love, StealthyDG

23rd of August She grew 25cm's! Amazing! These knuckles of the supercropping seem quite recovered, but also quite abused and a possible spot for rot in wet periods. Next time I'll be more careful. This plant woun't get any more supercropping, because I think she's in bloom. As for my OG Kush and for her: I really hope she won't get any taller... That's it for now. Take care! StealthyDG

30th of August Weahter is rainy and rainy. Sometimes a wee bit of sun. OMG, this thing has to stop growing. 15cm's this week 😱. O.k. Less than the week before (25cm's), but still. I put up a transparant tarpaulin from Amazon, to prevent the nasty compañeros of rain 🙏 Check out the first timer error of supercropping 😱. This might be an interesting starting point for nasty ...... NO, everytings is going to be SUPER FINE!!!! 😂 Not much more to add. Love, peace and a kiss (why not), StealthyDG

6th of September Weather this week was rain and sun. When rain I click in the transparant tarpaulin so the flowers will be mostly dry. This plant still seems to be growing in length. But the buds also seem to be developing. I pruned her a bit more. This plant is a sativa if you ask me. Haha, the description on the site (wietzaadjes.nl) says it’s an indica…. Man, the side branches just shoot out everywhere on this plant. Anyway, it’s a free seed so. That’s it for now. Please take care, be nice, be the light StealthyDG

12th of September Another week. No, almost. I'm a day too early. I also thought that my Grapefruit was slowing down in bud growth. Realised that she had 3 biotabs and that that's not sufficient for her complete cycle. So I started giving Biobizz Grow and Bloom. I think she's picking up again, although the results are more clear with the Dinafem OG Kush CBD I'm also growing. The weather is picking up. More sun, less rain. Happy with the tarpaulin. This week she grew just 7 cm's.... 😂. Never had a plant this big haha. What else? Oh, I feel I have to keep pruning. Places that I've pruned seem to need to be occasionally pruned again. That's a weird sentence... Seems like everything is o.k. Hope you're doing well. Love and peace, StealthyDG

Sorry for the delay! Couldn't upload my pic's and diary. Weird. 20th of September Yo! Weather was super nice this week. Sunny and temperatures sometimes above 20 Celcius. Nice. No growth in height this week! Haha, first time for her. So, her smell is quite skunky in my opinion. I still prune some small buds when I see them of when they reappear. These have allready some resin, and YES! it smells like grapefruit! Super nice. Fresh and bitter smell. Also check the pic’s. There’e also quite some sugar on the sugar leaves. Peace, love, all the best, StealthyDG

27th of September Weather had been rainy accompanied by some sunny parts. Checking my plants for budrot. Most parts of the plant seem te stay dry during the poring rain 👍. The biggest cola's have brown pistils on top. This is because the transparent tarpaulin was slapping on them during the heavier winds. I hung the tarp a bit higher to avoid further damage. That bein said, the trichomes are already white. Nice to now. I'm early in the harvest window, but it's there. Good to know that when I budrot is coming I am safe to harvest. That's it for now. Alle the best and love, StealthyDG Just realised that I forgot to take a pic of the whole plant 😄

4th of October Rain and rain, sometime dry periods and sunshine. It seems like the upper buds are still somewhat growing as also the lower ones. Smell when the sun is shining is really nice. Pistils seem to be retracting/drying up. Not much to say this week. I'm leaning towards bud washing with this harvest, because the buds have quite some debris of the trees. Still have some time to think about it 😀

Grapefruit 10th of October Harvest! So I have planned to harvest her on Saturday morning. Friday she had some of the rare rays of sun this week :-( 5:30 I chopped the first branches. I still think that harvesting is an interesting emotional experience. It’s letting go of the plant you kind of grew to. There’s a bond being ended and another is starting to grow. Anyway, while I was clipping away the fan leaves I noticed grey mould spots! AArgh, bummer. I knew that it’s part of the game growing photoperiod plants here in the Netherlands. But still, quite unpleasant. Did my best to cut away enough for really knowing sure all the mould is gone. This stuff must travel super fast in the right conditions. I checked the plants every day. Pulling sugar leaves, not seeing one brow spot. So the harvesting took me like 3,5 hours of not more. Man this is different than harvesting autoflowers hahaha. I choose to budwash the buds. There was quite some debris of trees on the buds so that’s why. Most remarkable thing with this is that the first bucket had all the floating stuff, while the second bucket had a lot of stuff sunk down in the bottom. It was a useful thing to do I think. The smell she produces was ENORMOUS! OMG, Happy I have a small closet with a carbon filter to make ik less smelly. So the weight was like 345 grams of buds and a decent plate of tiny buds (those buds that grew back even when you pruned them…). That would result in like 80 grams dry?! This strain was quite a hard one to grow in a plant training kind of way. She had her very own way of how she wanted to grow. This season I had a OG Kush which grew perfectly the way I lead her. This one did the opposite. Maybe I had to be more rough. In hindsight I would have manifolded her. This plant shoots branches out everywhere, haha, it’s crazy! So my guess would be that it’s quite a sativa dominant plant. But the leaves are Indica’ish. She also seemed to like a bit more water than I gave to the OG Kush CBD plant. Oh, almost forgot. I learned that bigger pots give bigger plants. Haha, I know that’s a rule but now it’s experience…. Her smell is quite brutal even already in the vegetive phase. This plant is hard to keep stealthy :-) I will defenately update this page when dried, cured and vaped. Can’t wait to taste her! Thank you for reading this. All the best and cheers! StealthyDG
