This wasn't exactly only a week, germination has been very long and I haven't been feeding her enough in this period..but now she's growing very well - see next weeks :)
After 4 weeks of germination/seedling phase she looks growing good..I probably haven't given her enough water in the first weeks in fact she have been growing too slowly and suffering but now I think I have found the right pattern, let's see what happens :)
Why some of the largest leaves look like they laterally grow smaller and with some different shades of green? There's a lighter shade between the veins and darker spots, meaning that they are actually still growing? thank you in advance :)
If you have been feeding from start, ease back. Check pH.
If anything look like trace elements deficiencies due to contrortion, maybe salinity does that? but, if you have been feeding since start in soil, it is almost certainly lockout due to an overabundance of nutes.
water only for a while.. get it ph'd to ~6.5-6.8 and see what happens. Easier to add something later than take it out again.
She's growing good and she's starting flowering but a couple of new leaves are growing with yellow/lighter tips..any idea? Overfeeding or light stress? I also switched to warm LEDs, started with LST and with 1ml/l of BioBizz nutrients for flowering (Top Max and Bio Bloom) plus 2ml/l of Bio Grow. Let's see what happens :)
She's growing quick, healty and strong and she's starting flowering, I flushed her because she has small nutrient burn on the tips of new leaves but I hope that her flowering will keep going good..let's see what happens :)
She had an impressive growth this week (from 55cm to 1mt 😮) and I started with light defoliation but unfortunately I will probably flush and harvest in exactly 3 weeks starting from today because I gotta leave so I hope that buds will be mature until that time..let's see what happens :)
She's a giant with 130cm of height 😅 and she's flowering good, I hope that she will be ready for harvest soon
There are light burns on the highest leaves so I moved the side LED (75W) to the top and I also added another 100W LED to the other side. So now she has 2 100W LED on the sides and one 75W LED on the top. Before she had the 2 75W LEDs to the sides with the 100W on the top but the leaves reached the top light in one night and they got burned. But now she has 275W of more balanced light in total, before she had 250W.
Let's see what happens in the next 2 weeks, unfortunately I have to flush her early but I'll try to keep her the longest time possible :)
Any idea about the potential harvest weight? Leave a comment :)
Pistils are starting to amber and buds are pretty big and uniform on all nodes, meaning that her height allowed a deeper penetration of light..I'm pretty sure that with a right defoliation/trimming process and one week more she would have made a huge quantity but unfortunately I have to flush her soon, she's almost ready and I'm really happy about the result anyway :) stay tuned for harvest 💪
Already started to flush her with demineralized h2o since I don't have more than 1 week so I decided to give her a more intensive flush..she looks tasty and sometimes she makes a really stinky smell while sometimes she smells of fresh fruit 😋
I'm really sad I don't have more time before harvest but I'm definitely satisfied of my 1st grow experience :) stay tuned for harvest
Yes this is normal. As the remaining leaves dry you might lose that awesome smell and get the smell of dry grass instead. This is normal especially harvesting as early as you did. During curing the smell will go back to skunky.
Don't go nuts, she needs 4 weeks. Trust me, even on intense rhythm with 20 on, she still million miles away from harvest.
Will bookmark to see.
Stay calm, to grow 2 month and not to wait a bit - absurd.
@mark4686, and you will waist all your work...
I don't know how long is your out, but if its Holiday, you can win up to 2 weeks with DIY watering system and right on your back time she would be thirsty and somewhere in the chop area, you said you are leaving after week. 3 weeks is what this girl needs and to chop her now or in a week, its same as my full freezer off trim, to chop after 3 weeks - 50g+
She has nice flowers, they should bulk, they look like a bulky ones and its rare, believe me.
Your call.
@AsNoriu, I really trust you my friend but I don’t have more than 1 week because I have to leave for vacations and I already wasted 4 weeks for germination/seedling phase so I know that she needs time but unfortunately I can’t wait more and she took more than 3 months to become mature like she’s now :/
