You have to use another substrate or enhance the one you already have. It seems to retain too much moisture and plants don't like this.
Another tip, is not to overwater. Also wait until the substrate is dry before watering again.

Uso supersoil a base de turba rubia y negra, coco, vermiculita, hummus de lombriz, perlita, algo de arlita también , el sustrato es bastante aireado y ligero ... no retiene tanta agua en realidad....
