bobo420 Started them on ColdWar Organics Bud Bread, 1 teaspoon per gallon. Pinched the tops and supercropped most of the tops and branches. Going to repot them in a day or two, waiting for the soil to come - 25L containers with custom 'super'/live soil.
So far all the plants are doing great, wonderful symmetry and those big fat indica leaves that have come to 9 stripes so far.
They are reacting excellent to Bud Bread a lot of side shoots are coming up, a lot of new branches... once I repot them I have a feeling the are going to explode.
Finally got everything needed for the soil mix, got to wait extra 10 days for it, so the ladies were itching for a transplant :/ but the roots seem very healthy and nice.

bobo420 Added one Barbara Bud plant from the House of the Great Gardener, she looks amazing, was going to plant them all for outdoors but couldn't wait :)
The plants are now in bigger pots, some are going to be transplanted one more time, it depends on how many of them are going to be males, they are going to be transferred to a safer location and the female ones will be transplanted to a yet bigger pot.
The plants looks nice and healthy, have one with a monster stalk going on, it's not flat stalk it looks more like two shoots started and merged together :)
Love to see things like that.
Strawberry Cough has really took on, she is massive with a lot of shoots coming up everywhere, I've done some supercropping and toping an that's it.
The rest of the plants are doing well too, 2 phenoms - one with bigger fatter indica leaves and one and the other with smaller leaves and more branching. Still might just be a male/female difference :/
Had a small nutrient deficiency, corrected it, some of the leaves might still have lighter color on the edges

bobo420 All went well this week, feed half of the girl a table spoon of Bud Bread, the other half just showed that they could eat too, so I'll be giving them Bud Bread and the other half water.
One of my yo-yos that hold the reflector broke a bit and my light went down a couple of inches on one side resulting in small heat stress on the strewberry. Fixed it since and she's recovering well.
Barbara Bud doing ok, getting some strength in those stalks and branches, going to put one more fan inside the tent to move them some more.
Afghans are doing great, the weird stalk one has split, one side is slightly taller than the other two, going to LST it a bit to make them even. The other 2 wider leaves phenos are great and the 2 bushier ones are doing ok too, a lot of nodes coming up.
Going to flip them in 7-10 days.

bobo420 Switched the lights to 12/12 few days ago, still waiting for 2 to show their sex, 3 are females from the Afghanis.
Pheno #1 has much bigger leaves, less branching and is more thirsty and takes more nutrients than #2.
Defoliated a bit, fimmed and removed the bigger leaves, going to prune and lollipop once they all show sex.
Feeding them bud bread every other watering, stretching so far is visible more on the SC than the others. Going to raise the smaller plants once they show sex to even the canopy. And going to start with the CO2 from TNB naturals.
That's pretty much it, will update once they all show sex and hopefully start to flower. Thanks for following everyone, would love to hear any suggestions, critics or comments ;)

bobo420 All 5 out of 5 Afghans turned up to be females, one with Strawberry Cough started flowering earlier and the rest are catching up. The one with the monster stalk being last.
The seem to be finishing with the stretch so I'll lower the Bud Bread and start with the Angel's Touch. Did some defoliating and lollipoped a bit.
They seem to be happy and are starting to smell a bit more, especially when tinkering with them :)

bobo420 Defoliated a bit more again. Lowered the feeding of Bud Bread by 1 tsp/g, the afghans and barbara bud can take more of angels touch while Strawbery is satisfied with lot less, so still finding a balance for her, the rest are coming along great. The farther in flower is Barbara Bud and 2 Afghans, then Strawberry and 2 more afghans and then, last the afghan with the weird stalk.
Starting to smell really nice :)

bobo420 2 Afghans and Barbara Bud are at the end of the flush, going to move them to dark for 48h and chop them down. 3 other Afghans still have some time left, I'm guessing 2-3 weeks more because they started to flower later, Strawberry has about the same.
Th ones that weren't on the flush received the full dose of Angel's Touch, one got more Bud Bread (2tsp) the others got 1.
Had one of my vents die during the night cycle, it took some 30h until I replaced it but it didn't leave much of a mark, luckily the temps weren't that high.

bobo420 Harvested Barbara Bud and one Afghan, going to post the weight and everything once they dry. Still left with 4 Afghans and Strawberry Cough.
Flushed all the plants, defoliated a bit and let them dry, going to continue with water and then full feeding.
I'll definitely try this one again. requires a bit of man handling during veg, but then it just goes on autopilot. Doesn't need much nutrients to grow nice buds

bobo420 Barbara Bud was easy to grow, I added one plant just to fill the space. she had a lower yield than the Afghan I harvested with her - 73g dried / 347g wet
bobo420 Going ok after the flush. Defoliated and pruned a bit, going to give them one last week of feeding and then start with the flush. They are nice and sticky with a nice aroma, hopefully it won't get too hot so they can finish in peace.
Afghans were an absolute joy, from germination to harvest. Both phenomes are great, will grow it again sometime.

bobo420 Both phenomes are great, one is more bushier and bigger in height, the other one is shorter, stockier with more thick buds. Can't wait for the buds to cure :)
It's a nice sativa, nice and easy to grow, more of a daytime smoke, will go nice with the afghans and barbara bura bud

bobo420 Strawberry cough is one of my favourite sativas. First time growing it though, will give them a try a couple of times more for sure. Maybe in a scrog or a sog
Started the seed in BioBiz Light mix with a dash of worm mix from plagron. Really excited about this grow, looking forward to seeing them finish <3 beautiful genetics
Add one Strawberry Cough to the tent, she's looking quite lovely, love all the shoots and branches that are coming up ;) She's going to love that Bud Bread!
This inspired me to give a shot to an Afghan bean I nabbed as a freebie. Nice buds dude - we’ll done across all of em and thanks for the constant support as well!
Mmmm Strawberry Cough! Def on my strain to grow list. Nice work here Bobo. The nugs look good.
How do you find the Cold War Nutrient Lineup? Is it all organic ?
I’m in Canada and currently use AN. It’s expensive and I like it. But I am interested in Organic alternatives. Really want to try Nectar of the Gods. But haven’t found out how to buy it within Canada.
SOG and SC sounds spot on !
@JusGrowIt88, thanks.
yeah, Cold War Organics.. it's all organic. I found them through a few other growers that I know, you can get them on amazon, I think they do ship to Canada as well.
I tried a bunch of different nutrients, used AN for a long time but switched.
@TOTEM, Thank you, might put something else in, depending on the male/female situation, going to move the males to a safer location for them and me both :)
I love the strain, it's a classic, 100% indica and I just love those big fat Indica leaves and color
@Tomatoloverboy, every time you do damage to the plant it's stress, doesn't matter if it's on the 2 week of veg or in 5 week of flower. It is recommended to lollipop early - in the first 2-3 weeks when you see the popcorn bud and the rest of the bud sites forming so you know what to take off and what to leave on. Doing that later increases the risk of stress induced hermies or just generally stunning of the plant which can be minimized by using certain nutrients or booster.
Afghani! I haven't seen that strain since I had hair! The growth on your little girls is fantastic! FILMing gives you those bent branches? Do you bend, but don't break?
@bobo420, I was looking at some of my nodes when training a bit ago, and I noticed the "lumps" you were talking about. When training is it easy to FIM your branches? If so, I've already done a bit. Hehe, that wasn't so hard!
@Quexos, hehe :) yeah, I remember my first time breaking the branches and stems... I must have sat and watched them how or will they recover :) amazingly in a few hours they were up and about like nothing had happened ;)
@bobo420,you are the first guy in this website 😃 but i guess its not able to find in my country like the all other american nuts except advanced nutrients
@bobo420, had this happen before on Afgan landrace strain. The stem was flat and there were 4 branches on every node, the cola to that looked crazy, it was square😋
@superwafilicus, I have one with a interesting stalk going on, as if you've topped the plant and then both tops merged and the stalked doubled... I'll try to take a good picture and post it with the update
