My first grow ever 🤞🏻
The temp here is so hot.
Growing medium (pete moss) getting dry very fast.
I keep light distance around 35 cm (40%) to control any possible burnt from LED light or heat.
Start week 2:
I think my plant is growing a bit slower than others. Now changing watering practice from spraying to "water thoroughly with ~10% runoff".
Adjust some air circulation.
Add 1ml fertilizer (AB) to compensate the lack of nutritions in pete moss.
Hope this week she is getting healthier.
Start week 4:
Transplanting time. She was moved to her new home (5 gallon pot) for better growth.
Change lighting height to 22 inches (dim 75%)
Start adding micro nutrients from Emerald Harvest since the first watering.
However, a pair of second set leaves have a sign of yellowness (it occurred a day before transplanting). Still not sure whether it is Nitrogen deficiency or any root problems. [may be she need time for adjustment, thanks to @Bloombuster]
Start LST on day 26.
I think she quite small... may be the light power (i dimmed 50%) wasn't strong enough at seedling stage.

I'm trying to bend the top little by little for more light on little nodes.
Day 31, the main stem now stay at the same height as her new buds. Quite hard to train for circular shape due to her bushy leaves underneath. What next...?
Start pre-flowering week
I decided to extent the veg stage for one more week in order to increase her height before switching her enerygy to focus only on bud creation.
Adding veg nute for one more week. Switch light power to 100%.
At the end of the week new buds double their size and form more hairs.
Flowering week 2
Switch to bloom mode
Change to Bloom nutritions (both main and micro).
Adjust light to 15 inches.
Increase watering volume to 2 liter every 2 days.
I tried defoliation bit by bit to get rid of bushy spot.
Do I need to get rid of these small leaves and stems beneath the canopy for better yield?

Or... to what extent can an auto be pruned at this stage?

If you defoliate / lollipop, it's recommended to do it to the auto's in week 4ish (before the major flower period) and around week 7ish (before major major flowering starts). With autos, it's also said to trim every few days, instead of all at once. Autos don't get the same amount of time to recover.
Third week of flowering stage:
Her buds are getting denser overtime.
I decided not to remove small stems beneath canopy. Will continue the schedule and parameter like week 2.

The leaves are yellowing nearly 60% of the plant. Not sure it is normal in flowering stage or she lack in N...
The cola is bigger and start forming trichome on day 65.
Trichomes are forming slowly on the buds' surface but the smell is quite weak. The temp is very high and i cant avoid this... hope it will not affect overall taste and THC level 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Last week of flowering before harvest time.
Start flushing now. I hope it's not too late since I saw some amber trichomes on her buds(~5%).
I think I should flush a week earlier for higher THC effect. Or it's still fine?

Hey bro I think it would be fine to start with a low dose of Bloom mites . As far as keeping her in veg it is really not a option being she is a auto flower,they run on their own time schedule and require no change in light or anything to flower. Good luck with the grow ✌️

I think she won't gain her height enough if I change to bloom nute and switch mode to focus on her bud.
