Germinated with wet towel method in about 24 hours, and the role of towel played toilet paper actually, it breaks easily if the roots start growing into it.
On day 5 humidity and violence incident happened. It was covered with a glass and when I was removing it I was kicking it with a finger trying to remove excess water, there were too many vapors. The vapors. You know. But you shouldn't really touch it when it's that young to avoid the damage. Not me. Removed the glass after that and she also stressed because of humidity change.
But she survived because she's strong.
Still kept her on water and she practically got back to normal after the damage, I didn't notice sufficient slow down in growth, I guess the rooting system is already ok and so it was easy for her to get well.
Sometimes I'm adding nutrients from the bigger plants just by watering her with couple of glasses and then plain water again. So I don't know what was the exact solution but I guess it was about the normal scheduled one.
It's still vega but I switched the light to 12/12 already. No signs of stigmas for now, probably she's just too young to show it.
Growth has sped up a lot. The numbers are super imprecise, I was mostly taking pictures and watering from time to time by hand checking the pot weight, sometimes clean water, sometimes her neighbors' food. I also moved her to another place and put her on top of the box so she's closer to the light.
She seems to be fine for now 😬 But the early switch is most likely a mistake, I think I'll keep her sisters on vegetation longer next time.
Another mistake is topping right before switching to 12/12. I knew I'm doing the wrong thing there but just did it. Impulsive me 😅
So she eats the same food that her neighbors now, still growing, still vegging at 12/12 - I guess it's just too small now to start flowering, so now stigmas, and no other signs. Probably topping also has stressed her out so she won't start immediately. Canopy is kinda flat, and there are about 6 branches without main-lining. Hoping for the best with this lady.
She started to flower. I'm trying to make a flat canopy by benching some of the branches and rotating the plant so that it is equally lightened.
Watering her daily simply trying to keep the coco wet all the time
So she grows and flowers! Feeding her the same way as her neighbors, 2 days full set of nutes, 2 days of water + Cannazym.
She needed more vegetation time for sure 😛
So there are more and more trichomes and the buds are getting bigger and bigger day after day.
It's still pretty compact plant compared to neighbors, I'm interested in how much will she yield
Pics have different color tone because I finally had a wise thought at some moment to turn off flowering specter when taking a picture of girls, IMO it looks a lot better when the light is whit-ish and not super red.
Another week of flowering and I'm not sure if it's actually 4th or I should count it since schedule change, the buds are pretty solid already, maybe it's actually 6th week and the strain start flowering a bit slower and there was no slowing down because of topping. Maybe not. Feeding the same as neighbors, stopped giving Canna's PK, and Atami's Coco Booster. The last one because I'm not sure what it's for, have a feeling that it's for veg mostly, and am just being lazy. I still have a feeling of feeding them wrong, burned tips again. Meh.
The changes seem to be stable, she grows slowly and smells diesel-ish. Still making 2/2 waterings with the neighbors' food. All seem to be well. I'm not burglarizing this little lady and not cutting smaller branches and buds since she doesn't have a lot of them, and I have other girls around...
All her friends are dead and she is still green. At least a week more flushing. And this week is more like week 9 and not 7. Last time I mixed up week types I had to re-create them. Let's see if I'm not lazy enough to do it
Last week of flowering for this lady as I wrote last time. Couldn't resist the desire to taste, and flush for her was probably the longest so I took the scissors. She was becoming lighter in green during the flush with some tones of purple. Hope pics reflect that. Some kind of deficiency for sure. Made me think that all these photos of buds are literally photos if dying plant ladies. Their vaginas if go further in weird analogies. I'll add a harvest report soon. I'm not measuring the wet weight btw, drying the whole bush this time and don't know how to physically weight this.
Looks like RQS managed to create what they wanted - you definitely can smoke this at day and you won't be sleepy while being high. Not sure about smoking it and working, this is what I plan to test now.
@@Dipper_Pines, thanks! This time I had more ladies around and she was almost untouched in terms of cutting this and that to get high 😅 I'm flushing her this week, probably would cut in 4-5 days or so
