You'll be much happier with the results and quality grown under the HPS. I would highly recommend checking out the 315w / 630w ceramic metal halides. They run cooler, efficiently, and have great UV output. A 630w CMH is comparable to a 1000w HPS. If you're looking at moving to LED, results come at a price. The Mars panels lacked final bud quality and longevity (I've seen more than my fair share die). Currently the bar style LEDs have both the efficiency and coverage required for decent results in a 4x4 space.
