Setup infos:
Now I'm using only 2 led bulds philips 16w - 1521lm - 6500k each.
My grow is a little cabinet with 60x30x30 cm;
1 pc fan 12v with exaust and 1 passive air entrance.
The others parameters are above.
Day 5 - First watering with 75ml. Only water, without fert.
Day 6 - I think she's growing a little slow. I'm thinking make a first feed with to 200ppm in the next watering.
Day 7 - Nothing new. The 2th couple leaves start to show
Day-8: Today I measured the distance between the tip of leaves and she won 0.5 cm during the night.
Day-9: Today I maked 2th watering with a local fertilizer. Solution of 330 ppm and pH 6.1.
I was a little worried with runoff. pH was a little low in 5.3 and ppm looks ok in 400ppm.
Day-10: I added more 2 lamps. One with 6500k and other of 3000k, both 16w led. In total I have 4 lamp bulbs (3x6500k and 1x 3000k).
I measure de lux of Sun in 12th pm using the lux light meter app. In total the Sun in 12h has 44k of lux. Inside my cab before I add more lamps, I heaved 10k lux in 32w and 40 cm between plant and light. Now I have 42K lux with 10 cm between plant and light.
I think that is in average 400ppfd of light (I used online calculator). The minimum recommended for a healthy grow.
Day-11: This week I'm monitoring growing and the more light was good for my little daughter. She's growing at a rate 0.5cm per day. The height remains in 6cm in the 3 last days.
The roots looks growing healthy.
Day-12: Only a pic for update. Today I maked 3th watering, only water. Input values: ph 6.0, ppm 95. runoff values: ph 6.1, ppm 128. I think that she eat almost all the nutrients that I gave in the last watering. In next watering (probaly in sunday) I will make a solution with ppm 500 and look the reaction.
Day-13: I watered with a little handmade calcium carbonate. pH 6.1, 300 ppm.
Day-15: Today I watered with pH 6.2 and 512 ppm with a 8-6-7 fertilizer. She looks healthy, but the leafs is a little down. I looked others diaries and I think that this genetics seems to be like this. I will wait more and watch the reaction.
Day-16: she's continue to grow slow. I think my soil is very humid and yesterday I over water my baby. I bought it how mix with coconut, but it's humid a long time and It's started to growing a specie of thricoderma in the roots. I'm a little worried.
In two days I'm go change de soil for per lite + vermiculite. I hope that the little yellow disappear and the leaves stay upright
Day-17: I decided to make a transplant. I looked some gnats in pot. Probably because my soil stay humid a long time. Now my pot has 2L and a mix perlite + vermiculite. This is final pot. My cab is a bit little and now I don't want stress more the plant. The soil was washed only water in the last night. In the Pic Day-17-3, the black point the leaves is dirt, not pests.
Day-18. Nothing new. This plant is strange. New leaves growing, but it's remain down and short. I think that me person have a long way to learn how to cultivate😅
Day-19: I don't know what happened. Today in th morning she was with spots. Maybe pH of transplant or overfet. waiting and watch. The leaves it's more up. I think that other pot was a much small and she needed more oxygen.
Anybody can help identificate the problem in my lower leaves ? She was well, but after I transplant she's with a problem. I fertilization in the last Sunday (before transplant) with 500ppm fertilization. I search the effects of over fertilization, but the new leaves show's well
Fresh transplant means fresh nutrients in new soil.. clock gets set back on ferts.
Most likely, yes. Give water-only irrigation 6.5-6.8pH if you can. Just normal stuff- 20% runoff, wait for 1" to dry, rinse and repeat.. feel weight to learn dry and wet.
when you see a lower leaf show a hint of yellow, begin a fertilization regiment.. maybe a little diluted to start.. every other day or every third, really depends on how much you give.. both can work well.. read plant and react, though. best laid plans of mice and men and such
Day-22: I make the flush in the shower. pH runoff was 7.2.
Day-24: This week I will only to look she growing. After I make mistakes with over water, over fertilization and ph fluctuations after transplant and other errors, I decide to controller my anxiety. The time is the best teacher.
Day-28: My water out with 100ppm. In the day-27 I maked a feed using 200ml the solution with 200ppm and 6.5pH with a flower fertilization because the leaves looked phosphorus deficiency. Yes, I'm crazy because I caused a over fertilization 2 weeks ago, but this is a first grow. So I want to learn with my erros 😂 she looks better. the next watering I will make with only water and I will wait she orders more food.
Day-31. Today she do birthday. One month of life. The slow grow, but I made many mistakes in the three first weeks.
Day-34: Today I maked a flush with 2 litters of water with pH 6.5. After the flush I feed with npk solution + carbonate calcium with pH 6.5 and 400 micro siemens (256ppm). New colas are growing healthy and the topping too. In total I have 8 branches.
Day-34: Make a defoliation in 2th and 3th node.
Day-39: Transplant to 6L pot.
Comments: I'm very noob. In the 6th week end she is very little. I will like to flip flower now, but I will wait 2 more week until complete 60 days. I was hope she was little, but no to little 😂
I'm a little bad because she is very small. I think that my light is ok, but the grow is very slow. Maybe more light, maybe more food, a big pot since the seed... I don't know what I make wrong.
In last Saturday I maked flush and measure the runoff and the result was 200ec and 6.5pH what shows that the soil was very poor in nutrients. Then I maked a feed with 600ppm (or 1000 ec. my pen have 1.56 scale) with solution 75% organic npk fertilization + 25% sulfate magnesium and elevate pH with calcium oxide. No watering and no feed ever since last saturday. I think this week she looks good and I will keep this strategy until the
final flower stage. One feed and watering per week and just it.
I will keep one more week in vegetable stage and flip to 12/12 in 2020-08-10.
Day-63: I maked a feed with 700 ec ( +- 400 ppm). This is the only feed I make by week. The next feed is next Sunday with flower fertilization.
Day-69:Today I maked a feed with 650 ec ( +- 400 ppm) with flower fertilization (NPK 6-12-16).
This week I maked only a one feed with 600 ec in Sunday and today I watered with 100ml of pure water. She shows a signals of overfertilization, then I don't go give more food in the next 10 days.
Due the low temperature this week in my city, I'm watering day yes day no with 100ml by water one time and 100ml with fertilization other time.
I'm using in average 200ec of flower fertilization and 200ec of vegetation vertilization, more a algae extract some times.
In the last weeks I'm working very hard, then I don't give more attention for numbers. But I maked a watering day yes day no with 200ml off water and 200ml with feed, average 400 ec. Then I make 2 feed in week in total 800ec (500 ppm) per week. But, I think this is very hi for this strain or my plant is very little. Many leaves is burn .
I make a flush in last Sunday, 2020-09-06. She was a little burn, but run off was 230ec. I think that the lights was very close, then I took out 2 lamps. Now I'm run with 56w, 3x3500k and 1x6000k color.
I decide to harvest because de smell was very strong and some family was visit my in the last week. The dry is very low, but this was first grow. I maked many mistakes. Now the plant is a new experiment with reveg. In next week I'm go open new diary with the progress of reveg.
