I'm just giving water every 5/6 days at this stage. The soil stays moist most of the time and when it's pratically dry I wait one more day to give water to the plant.

Another symptom that the plants are ready for harvest is that when you water them, it takes much longer to dry out. I see them looking really good; in a week they should be ready to harvest. Cheers!
