Stalk looks to be very thin and weak. The head (leafs) seems to be kind of too heavy for the plant. It was very long too but I added some more soil for more stability.
There was a short time without sun because I was not at home.
It doesn't looks like other people's plants.

Yes it stretched out because as you said it didn't have the light. Support it like you have, give it lots of light and if or when you can repot it - bury most of the weak stem (roots will grow from it once buried) good luck!
I already know it's because it didn't had the light for around a week (I was away) and that I should repot it and burry it up to it's cotyledons. - I don't really want to do that, because it's 8L pot and the plant is really delicate.
