I would email them, I believe they will make it right - it's very hard to put 5 weeks into a plants to have that happen, sorry for your bad luck my friend.

That sucks dude.. Im 3/3 with my Gelat.og's fem :/ Shit luck for you I guess. I would email them, they have an absolute fuck ton of gelat.og seeds (or did at least around 4/20) so you might have a decent chance of getting a resolution from them
