These odd leaf patterns definitely happen, and especially with the seedlings or young veg plants. Sometimes it'll just turn out to be an odd number of tips, or you get your really odd ones like that duck foot stain. Most likely it'll just outgrow this, but it could end up self topping. It'll get more obvious over the next 2 weeks if it really will affect your growth pattern.
Don't feed until dry an inch deep. Also only say 500ml around the stem no need to fill the whole pot until she's much larger. The more you make her work for a drink the better she will grow.
