Not sure when I need to flip her and what kind of yield I’ll get with these ladies but any advice is very welcome. The one of the left is looking really good and the other good shit is lagging bashing a bit. They are quite short so hope I’ve not over trained? All leaves look healthy.

I think you need to let them grow a while more. Let the growing tips grow through the screen and long enough to be pushed over to the next square. yes there will be some stretching when you turn to flowering so make allowance for that. You need to do some training and growing for 3 weeks to a month. But it all depends on what you want. Check out my greenhouse. Good Luck. LustCo.

I'd say that would be a perfect time, by then the plants will be about 12 inches, and then once you flip them they'll double in size.
