Bag Seed: Unknown! I bought fire weed from a friend who sources from Cali. He didn't know what this was, but it was the dankest I ever had. as Im writing this, the plant already has a smell :D. Germ: May 5th Sprout: May 10th Light: 2 Spider Farmer LED FS-1000 Grow Space: 3x2 max height sitting at 3 feet from ground. Fox Farm/ Coco coir mix Nutrients: Dr. Earths This journal starts in the middle of week three, May 27th, right after my first grow of three plants hit a bump in the road. The LED light I was using, a cheap 300W Viparspectra burned out. At first, I wasn't willing to purchase new LED's and put my plants on my patio for sunlight. I live in Vegas, and this was the worst idea ever. 2 hours of Vegas heat and all three of my plants, 2 autos and this bag seed, were fighting the death rays of the sun. My sativa, Lemon Juice Express was already having issues inside and had been growing out yellow leaves after the 2nd node. She had curled her leaves into a complete spiral. My Indica, Diesel Auto, was only curling at the tips, and my bag seed, a week older than the autos, only had slight canoeing and was praying upwards. I brought them in immediately and gave them a drink of water. I purchased two Spider Farmer LED's 1000W which came 2 days later and installed them with the same lighting schedule. I placed the plants inside my closet on the opposite end from the grow space and waited a few days for the plants to heal. On May 31st, I noticed my bag seed and diesel auto started to lean toward the new lights. Lemon Juice had not grown but I had plans to pick the best two plants anyways so I let her go. I placed both plants under the lights and they started to grow quickly again. I noticed some stretching, the nodes had grown another half inch apart but both plants were growing and new green leaves with slight light burn.

Her yellowing started around the 4th, but I had to wait a few days for my fabric post to come in. I transplanted her on the 7th. I used a 70/30 mix fox farm and coco coir, only because I ran out of fox farm. The Fox Farm was a bit older and had been sitting in the hot vegas sun so I was cautious about the nutrition of the soil. I did not amend the soil mix, but instead top dressed the plant for 3 gallons according to the directions.

After transplanting the plant stopped yellowing and was growing Lucious green leaves. Then nearing the mid-week on the 10th (cause I seem to keep having this issue lmao), the leaves started to pray and canoe again. Two things could've caused this. This week I did have AC issues and my house thermostats was sitting at 77, which means my grow room was a bit warmer. to add two that, I had to take out my humidifier. The humidifier had slowly been depositing calcium powder from the hard tap water all over my room. The humidifier put out cool mist and lowered my closet temps to the low 70s. I also knew the plant was gaining height quickly. I gave it a couple of days to adjust but she did not adjust and canoed more. I rose the lights an inch and she adjusted back to normal and got the ac fixed. The temps are back down to 75-80. 80 during the hottest of the day.
