I'm really enjoying my first grow. I got my first allotment this year so have a basic understanding of vegetable growing which has helped. I started feeding my plants madame grow three part nutes last week and they responded massively. They all had a huge growth spurt.

Looking with a naked eye I can see zero trichomes on my plants. When should these start to develop?

I've been experimenting a little bit with feeding. A lot of people seem to say that most autos in soil are light feeders and Quick One is. I've fed mine three times in the last 8 days - Sunday, Thursday, Sunday using Madame Grow three part at the recommended dosage and the plants just keep growing and looking healthy. Zero burn. Sometimes it's worth pushing the boundaries to see what works for you

I had a thrip problem a couple of weeks back. I noticed the little tunnels the had bored in the leaves. I went over all three plants removing any eggs and squishing and thrip larvae in the leaves. This seemed to erradiacte them.
