The girls got happy again by simply stopping to water them :D
Well.. not really, I filled up the self-watering tank with 30l nutrient solution and I placed two oxygen stones in there as well. They had it like that for about a week now and they seem to enjoy it! 👌
They definitely went into flower mode these last two days. I can't wait for some more sunny days!
I'm considering doing some LST on them, mainly to make some more space between them.
It will be interesting to see how the self watering system works out, my rqs gorilla was slow to start then burst into growth 1 day, keep at it, just tread lightly with nutes as I've seen a few diary's where she won't like heavy feeds mine included, but also seen some people goin real heavy and have no issues, good luck
@Steeluk1987,
Thanks mate! I’m keeping an eye on them 😁
They do seem to be having a slow start. I actually already started giving them some nuts(EC 0,8) as this soil I’m using is a mix of coco and other tree fibers, so there’s not much nutrients in there.
I'm thinking this rqs gorilla auto strain is not as stable and resistant as we are lead to believe as I see alot of people on here have issues ranging from overwater, nute burn, pest issues and genetic abnormality which this strain is supposed to be very resistant to.
@Steeluk1987,
It’s hard to say from my side as I’m growing “almost” outside 😄 so the environment play an important role... especially in the first 3 weeks. And the overwatering is my own mistake.
They do seem to jump back after I stopped feeding/watering.
The genetic abnormalities are present, that’s for sure.
