Did you find out what you had done wrong for the stunted growth? Think I’m having same issues mine two weeks old and look like yours on day 3 😂

Good luck on your new seeds! There are a lot of people who have used your light set up. I've seen pictures in other grow diaries. They could give you first hand info on how far your lights should be from the plants. You can filter GrowDiarie's search engine to include CFL and COB lights.
