LA KATANA

Albargina Once the eye of one of the indoor plants has rooted, it's time for it to take root. We're going to put it in a 60L pot with a substrate mix that includes peat with perlite, worm humus, colomina, and a bit of bat guano at the bottom of the pot. The truth is, it's been in the pot for 2 weeks now and it's splendid. Plus, it's watered every day with a nutrient solution so it doesn't lack for food, since in the area where I am, it gets really hot and a lot of sun, and it always needs nourishment.

Albargina The cutting is 100% taken, and it's growing like crazy, I have to water it every day since it's really hot, every day in the watering there's fertilizer so the plant is growing at a very fast pace, it's a good eater since the soil has nutrients too, but it wants more!! 🤣🤤

Albargina I'm very happy with La Katana, I think I've always liked having one in the garden for about 6 years! This is a cutting from the indoor grow, the plant has a beautiful color and is watered with a mix every day, and this week we've started the caterpillar prevention cycle!

Albargina Very large, robust plant with very large leaves. It is fertilized every day and grows quickly. Once a week, a plant fortifier is applied, and another time with Bacillus.

Albargina This week has been super hot, lucky that this "little one" has food on demand because it's watered twice a day, once early in the morning when the sun comes out, and the next time in the middle of the afternoon when the temperature drops but the sun is still blazing! It grows at an outrageous speed and its huge leaves smell delicious!!!

Albargina Hello growers!! Well, like every week, this Katana just keeps growing, and we have to highlight the perfect conditions it's in, as it's inside a greenhouse, which protects it from direct UV rays, and this favors a slightly higher humidity than outside. That's why if we give it the nutrients it asks for, it just keeps growing; it looks healthy and strong. It's a variety I love to have for its beautiful appearance and the quality/quantity of flowers.

Albargina This cutting is amazing, its sisters in indoor have given me incredible results, for being summer I've harvested dense and very resinous buds, this one seems to be doing the same🤣 it's already starting to show the buds.

Albargina The buds are starting to form every day, they look prettier and are more frosted with resin, it seems like it's going to produce a good amount of tasty buds 😋

Albargina Week by week, the buds are getting bigger and bigger, now they are very full of resin and starting to gain density. I see them very advanced, so I think that next week I will do the watering with the PK13/14.

Albargina Last week for this cutting of La Katana, at the last minute we've had a bit of a caterpillar infestation, but we've stepped up our game and managed to eliminate the vast majority. This week when we harvest, a good cleaning awaits us!
