Another from Wildwood Seeds. This one is a cross between a Mephisto Double Grape and a Mephisto Strawberry Nuggets. Really excited about this one!
The nutrient ratios listed are per gallon of soil.
I will be vegging it inside under a grow light until it starts to stink up the place, then it gets moved outdoors.
This is my first time growing a home breeder's seeds. The guy that I got these from is an awesome dude. I'm really looking forward to growing some of his plants.
My plan is to LST while vegging then let her grow naturally once she gets moved outdoors.
Once she gets two or three nodes I will start giving regular waterings with water pH'd to 6.3. Until then I will just be spraying the leaves and keeping the top layer of soil moist.
My grow medium is Golfgreen's organic vegetable mix soil with compost, peat, and kelp. It isn't a time-released nutrient soil. I've also added perlite to the soil as well as my gaia green amendments.
Shoutout to Wildwood Seeds and to Mephisto Genetics.
Happy Growing!
- Started giving regular waterings and she is growing so fast.
- I started low stress training a couple of days ago. She is looking really healthy and I don't have any major concerns at this point.
-I didn't update last weekend but I was busy emergency harvesting my whole other crop. There wasn't much to report on this girl anyway. She is growing like a weed and crazy easy to take care of. My plants have seen a little neglect this week as I have been busy with my other harvest but she didn't miss a beat even with less than usual water.
-She is starting to flower nicely now though. I've given one last round of LST. She will be a stout plant but There are a lot of bud sites and she is growing so much every day.
-Steady as she goes.
- Lots of bud sites and she is already looking like she will be really frosty.
- Grasshoppers are really getting at the lower leaves. The new growth remains fairly untouched. She still seems happy and healthy.
- Did a little more training just to spread the bud sites away from each other and keep the canopy an even height. Trying to avoid the same issues as my last harvests.
HAPPY GROWING!!
Super frosty and loads of bud sites. I'm really hoping that this round has a chance to properly finish because I know that these girls are producing some high quality buds. The frost is visible from a distance and the smell is unbelievable. I can't wait to see how these fill out.
PH water and sunlight. I've barely been checking in on these. Maybe once every few days for a watering. I am guessing that this strawberry nuggets plant will be ready in another two or three weeks. Until then, I will just keep letting her do her thing.
