Lots of new growth this week! Some of the plants were wilting a little after the transplant last week, and the first set of leaves on several plants are turning yellow. The new growth is strong and I'm starting to see leaves with five blades.
Only one watering this week on day 18, it seems to be taking 4-6 days before the soil starts to dry out, and not all plants are on the same schedule. I've got a small fan circulating air to try drying the out a bit faster.
I'm also starting to add some nutrients. The soil is supposed to have enough nutrients to keep them happy for 30 days, but I wanted to start practicing so I added 0.5ml of BioThrive Grow to a gallon of water and also started testing the pH. I'm having a lot of trouble getting a good reading with pH droplets. I'll have to keep practicing. I've also got a cheap digital pH meter on order.
Finally I added a space heater to the grow area to help with the lights-out temperature.
Looking back on the photos today it's really noticeable how much the plants started to take off the day after watering. I'm not sure if I let them get too dry, if there was a pH issue or if they really liked the little taste of BioThrive Grow. I ordered some CalMag as well, I'll start giving them some of that next week in addition to more of the BioThrive Grow.
Sup Mynk, here to see how that Skunk works out for you. Best of luck on the grow!
Also, not sure how white the paint is on your growspace walls, but you can pick up some cheap mylar sheets or panda film to supplement, if you find it's not as reflective as you'd like. Just a head's up!

Thanks @beanbean! The skunk popped in 24h, really happy how well most of the seeds have started.
I was looking at that panda film, but the white paint made such a huge difference I think it will be ok for now.
@BigDaddyK, yeah I need to get that under control. Currently I'm moving my plants to a sink and have been letting them drain, but the 7 gallon bags took a lot longer to drain than I expected. Thanks for checking out my grow
@OldCoolSativa, yeah I've never seen this much weed in one place before. I showed my bro the harvest and he said it looked like something Cheech would pull out of a backpack
@OldCoolSativa, I'm looking forward to seeing how your White Widow grows. Mine is growing very differently from the other plants. Are the straight pistils a sativa trait?
Read your strain review haha. I rarely smoke. Like once or twice within 2 months and go through the same thing. I literally take 1 hit with my tolerance and get smashed with all this high thc stuff. Wifey loves it though! Keep growing man, I defiantly enjoy it and hope you keep growing. 👊
Clones can be funny , some strains are better than others , we found that the strawberry og was so difficult to clone and took ages to root, nearly a month , whereas the incredible bulk took two weeks. Roots are the key to growth , and we always used clonex . We kept them in a 40watt t 5 tent and had a 4 week cycle , ah those were the days 😏
Dude, you should've bought a reverse lottery ticket after you went 6/9 males. 😊 Too bad the PPP was a bust for both of us, but we both seem to be doing OK with the WW. We'll have to arrange a smoke report and comparison of soil and purple lights vs DWC and COBs!
I'm encouraged to see your plants were at 5" in week 4, because that's where mine are now and I'm wondering if they've been stunted by low temps. ALso, the fact that 3 plants are filling your room so well makes me think my planned 6 might be too crowded.
