1 22/6/20 First time with this strain, I have high expectations. I'll grow her organically, in cannabis soil mixed with some mature cow manure. I don't want to use any bottled nutrient, just natural homemade stuff. She will grow outdoor from day 1 above the ground. I'll have to LST her because of privacy. The temperature these days is about 30°C during the day and 20° C during the night. Humidity here is about 40% during sunny days and 85% when it rains. Today I put her in damp paper towels. She should be ready in 90 days, which means the 22nd of September. Just in time before the cold autumn. For Italian growers: at Brico I found a soil specific for cannabis! It's pretty good, it has perlite and 2 types of peat, it's very airy! 3 Her taproot is out! I put her in a jiffy pellet. Let's see how long it will take to pop out the leaves! She's now out in the garden. Her new neighbors are my strawberries. 5 Today she raised from the ground! 👽 7 Today I re potted her in a 8 liters pot (I know it's small, but it was the only one they had at the garden center 😭😭). I mixed a bit of very mature cow manute with some soil at the bottom of the pot. This cannabis soil is so airy! She's showing her brand new small pair of leaves :)

7 29/6/20 She's doing fine, she's stretching out her first pair of leaves. 11 I don't have much to report since here it's sunny and she's growing well and everything is fine :) Uh, look at my new watering can! It's COW SHAPED! Lol I love it

12 4/7/20 Look at who came to visit us today! It's Yoda-the-guardian! Who will grow faster? 😏 13 She almost has new leaves every other day! I suppose she enjoys staying in direct sun all day long... 14 This morning my mother watered her with a giant super strong watering can and almost killed her. She was literally punched down 😂 luckily, she fully recovered in few hours... Maybe she's trying to kill her 😂 15 I was thinking about trying and top her. I know the grower world is splitted on topping autos. She should produce a lot of buds and I don't want to have a big easily noticeable plant. So I'm going to try as soon as she's above her 3rd node and strong enough. 17 I bought some tabs from rqs. They should arrive in 7 days. Let's see if they make the difference. 18 This plant grows so fast! She's pretty tall and well structured. Of I compare her first 3 weeks with the ones of my Amnesia Auto the difference is just stunning. Probably is due to my inexperience (Amnesia was my first plant ever), the soil and the exxagerated amount of sunlight she's getting. I'm sure this soil is amazing for cannabis but it's so light I have to water her very very gently if I don't want to move the whole top layer around. I also have to support her while watering because since the soil is so airy and unstable she falls every time! Today I made her a little support with a piece of metal wire. I'm wondering if that's normal...

Hi! When should I top her? She has 3 pair of leaves now. I know it can be risky, but I'd like to experiment a bit :)

I'd say wait until she has 5 pair of leaves and you want to top a healthy plant growing vigorously, if she is having problems growing you need to wait at least 7 pair of leaves before topping, good luck ! It isn't risky as long as you wait for her to be able to grow out of it ! :) Also I'd recommend mulching the top of your soil for beneficial soil health and 80% less watering! :)

20 She's BIG! Can't wait to top her. I'll do it when she reaches 5th node. Moreover, her pot is near to a gigantic bush of mint and today I read that mint can be effective in repelling ants, aphids, earwigs, mealybugs, slugs, snails and spider mites! It's perfect! Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to repell mosquitoes and I literally have to spasmodically dance while watering the pots! 🤣 25 Don't worry, I checked on her every evening but I didn't have the time to take notes. This evening I'm going to collect a bit of straw as mulch. A good friend told me to use minced straw + grass clippings as mulch. It should also help with this very airy soil. Today I watered her with some rqs grow boost. It's half a pill diluted in 1.5 liters water. Let's see if it helps. I love to experiment!

26 18/7/20 And.. She's topped! You can see the video of the procedure. Now let's hope everything will be ok! 27 She's doing fine, no signs of stress at all. So today I gently bent her to start with lst since she's already showing pre flowers. 29 Today I added mulch! I used shredded straw and grass clippings. I also upgraded her lst. I love using natural elements as little sticks to help with lst! Unfortunately with the mulch the photos are a bit confused. And today we had a little friend, a bumblebee! 🐝 as far as I know, there are no other outdoor cannabis plants in the surroundings so I'm not afraid of accidental pollination. She's clearly concentrating on her 2 new "tops".

6 Northern Lights 35 27/7/20 SHE'S FLOWERING!!! I must brew some manure tea ASAP. I was thinking about buying some guano at the garden centre to make tea with it, as far as I know it should be perfect for flowering! Anyway, her branches are growing at light speed. Yesterday I couldn't lst many of them because they were too thin and today they are so thick! Since she should be ready, seed to harvest, in 90 days it means that she has 2 months of flowering ahead! I can't even imagine how much she'll be able to produce! Amnesia's life was equally divided into 6 weeks of vegetation and 6 of flowering. I hope I'll be able to keep her low with lst because I can't risk to be discovered.

Ok so this week i didn't have any time at all but I managed to adjust the LST and set the automatic watering system. It's a little thing I bought on Amazon for about 25€. It uses 4 AAA batteries. I set 1.50 minutes of watering every 24 hours. It should keep them safe and moist. I also covered them with the transparent umbrella since we are expecting summer storms. I'll be on vacation for about a month, but I'll be back two times and for several days. I also have a friend who can come and check on them. My only regret is that I won't be able to further adjust the LST and give them nutrients... Before I go I'm going to water them with a good rich manure tea and plant some bushes around them. Probably some easy peasy Basil or cheap stuff like that.

Ok so I'm back! 😍 and she's BIG. I mean, omg she's big and her buds are thick! 😱 I didn't expect such a growth honestly lol She has a light but delicious sweet smell. I noticed a bit of nitrogen deficiency but since I don't have the time to brew a manure tea I just topped the soil with some very very mature 💩 I also noticed she had a little iphantria infestation going on but those horrible creatures just munched few leaves, the buds are all right. I can't do anything but killing them each by each because they fall from the huge oak above the pots. It's something I just must live with. Now I'll leave again on Tuesday (today is Sunday), but I'll be back on Saturday. Then I'll leave again on Monday for 2 weeks but I'm not worried at all. They will be fine. I should call this diary something like "strong independent she-weed grows on her own" or "don't abandon your best friend when going on vacation" 😂😂

She got stolen. That's it folks. I feel like I could kill that bastard. And I even know who did it. But I can't do anything because I have no evidence. She was stolen in those 3 days I was out of town, meaning that the asshole was spying on my moves. I tried to talk to him, but I couldn't be aggressive because the little shit is always among other people... Let's learn from my mistake: next year I will put a better locker (it was my property for God sake), I will install a small camera and I won't be friends with desperate people for pity. Because yes, he's a desperate hole to whom I even found a job. Anyway, sorry guys for the language, but I'm really angry right now. I hope this will be useful to someone. Be careful to little shits. Oh yes, he even stole the fucking watering system, if the plants weren't enough you know? 17/9/20 I left a paper note in a place I know the thief will look. It says: "Dear thief, 1) you're a piece of shit 2) it was legal weed (lol not true but who knows), you imbecil 3) I know who you are AND I know how I will take my revenge 4) please kindly chocke while you smoke it With love" I know it's not like having the plants back, but it feels good. And believe me, my revenge may come slow, but will be terrible. Now I'm already looking for a solution to grow next season, since I clearly can't trust growing outdoor anymore. I'll see if I can go indoor, but I fear not.
