Beans germinated ytd. Planted in soil and waiting for sprout. Got my biotabs. Hopefully this grow will go better and smoother than the last one. Time to beat my 480g yeild from last time
17/7/2020 day 15 (1)
Planted her into her final pot on 15/7. The transplants could have gone a lot better as the potting soil I used was a bit too crumbly
Like I said. A weird plant. The transplant could be to blame. When moving from the cup to the pot, the soil in the cup was too dry and it couldn't hold the shape of the cup and i messed up the transplant.
Putting that aside, the plant itself was very weak. The stems didn't get any bigger or thicker, it was as soft as the vegging period. None of the branchés were stiff. I could bend them all day and they stjll wouldn't snap. She was fed the same food as her cousins. Her cousins are freaking massive. Each cola is the size of cigarettes pack width wize! This on the other hand was a weeeee bit weird. Got 90gs dry weight. This is along with the mains tem and after trimming.
Now onto the smell and looks,
Holy shit. For such a small plant, the smell and stickyness is craaazyyyy. It smells really good and looked liked a bouquet of flower 💐 So frosty too. This was my first time using biotabs. I cant recommend them enough. These weeks went by so fast that I didn't even have the time to take pictures. It was like one day she just sprouted, and the next day she was flowering, then she was done. They grow so fast *sigh*♥️
Now onto drying and curing them. I smoked a wee sized nugget a day into drying them. (couldn't wait. You cant blame me hahaha. Everyone has done it 😂 😂 😂 😂) Smoke was a bit harsh as normal, smelt like fresh cut grass after grinding lol. But did get me high from that 1 hit I took. It was the first hit of the day and a hit after almost 21hrs since my last hit.
I just harvested my NQ Auto yesterday with similar results volume wise. The plant was probably 2 feet tall with the stalks getting reasonably hard...yet, I'm thinking I'm going to get the same dry results as you. It weighed out a 11oz wet so that should play out to about 2 1/2 to 3ozs. dry. Smell was amazing...a little citrusy with a touch of diesel on the backend. Timewise, I grew her a full 16 weeks...so, almost double your time. The reason I ran it that long was I was waiting for the buds to fill in on the stalk after the stretch...but she never did. Plus, I was using Grow Dots that are effective nutrients for 16 weeks. She was frosty, but not as frosty as what I read about from other growers across the Internet. Currently drying at 65/65 in the drying tent. Once she's dry, I throw her into a 1/4lb Grove bag and see what she tastes like in 4-5 weeks. Thank for your diary!
