Skunk #1 by Sensi Seeds

SensiHank That was my first grow, I planted 4 seeds but only 3 seedlings came up! Since I'm posting the report here afterward, I know it was definitely my fault and my initial way of getting the seeds to germinate. The plate paper towel method is definitely more error-prone than just sticking the seeds in the Easyplug or something similar.

SensiHank The little Skunk #1 are growing and thriving! LST has already been started and they responded super well to it! Nutrients have not been administered yet!

SensiHank Really beautiful plants for the first grow, it went surprisingly well :D that's what Skunk #1 is known for :) it's beginner-friendly :) they kind of remind me of cauliflower :D

SensiHank This week the babies were topped :D so far they are growing excellently even without any nutrients! The side branches are sprouting and making me dream hopefully about the buds :)

SensiHank Aren't they sweet? They didn't have any hunger for nutrients again this week, which makes me a bit uneasy since this is my first grow! But the babies are being good to me :)

SensiHank The net is set up and I'm ready to put my teenager in check :) Of course, I informed myself thoroughly about SCROG beforehand and was confident of victory.

SensiHank My three teens are strong and are diligently working on the net! It would have been much better if I had pulled the net down a bit further, but you learn best from mistakes :)

SensiHank I switched the light rhythm to 12/12 and the babies are showing their hairs all female :) simply divine from Sensi Seeds, really a strong and beautiful strain to grow that also handled my over-fertilization well!

SensiHank The buds are coming Oh my god I was so excited :D and proud of my hairy little buds :D fertilized with Hesi fertilizer Chema :) a little less wouldn't have hurt either!

SensiHank They're getting thicker and thicker, the three plants are already filling out the net nicely :) the skunky smell in the tent is also pleasantly noticeable.

SensiHank So this week I had to deal with over-fertilization again. It showed itself through the dark green of the leaves + shiny sheen, signs of phosphorus excess and nitrogen. I solved it again with 20 L of water + Supervit, then again Supervit with Powerzyme, and today just Supervit. They are recovering super well and getting thicker, but somehow the huge buds aren't gaining height anymore. I think I've passed the biggest stretch 😦 The trichomes are starting to turn amber now, but I have this pocket microscope and it's extremely hard to take decent pictures with it. But what do you think, do they still have a good 2-3 weeks left or what?

SensiHank This week was quite exciting, now 2 out of 3 plants are showing signs of deficiency and one has some kind of pests that look small, are white, and are hopping around like fleas… I set up yellow sticky traps, so if anyone knows what these little pests are, please let me know! I fertilized for the first time again today with about 60% of the manufacturer's recommendations. If the discoloration of the leaves persists, I will increase it from watering to watering, and I will also keep an eye on the “fleas.” Unfortunately, I'm in the flowering stage now, and neem oil isn't helping anymore.

SensiHank They're developing really well again, just a bit worried about the drain, but that's probably because this is my first grow: you tend to worry for no reason ^^ This week I took photos of all the buds, no matter if they're popcorn or monsters :)) Checked the trichomes again, about 90% clear, will check again next week.

SensiHank I'm waiting for autumn, last time I watered they only got half of the nutrients, but they're still looking good O.o what do you think, when should I flush? Trichome pictures will follow, it's always a hassle 😃 right now the room is warm since I had to close the door, windows, etc. because I was taking pictures and checking on the ladies! I'm letting it cool down a bit and then I'll seal everything off again and take trichome photos!

SensiHank One of the three is finally starting to show some deficiencies! This week they also gained a good amount of flower mass. That's why I'm considering whether they should be flushed for another week!

SensiHank They starve and reveal their true aroma, citrus freshness :D haha

SensiHank I think this strain is weed for everyday use; it doesn't knock you off your feet too much, and you can still get things done. On good days, it has also motivated me.
