I started making teas using Recharge, Fish Sh!t. liquid fish emulsion and seaweed, worm castings, and molasses. I haven't noticed any signs of deficiencies or stress. I did find some mites and used some diamatacious earth at the base of the plant. I ended up squishing most of the mites as there are not many leaves and it didn't take long. I have not seen more mites since so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Great work! How do you like the aquaponics growth rate? I have an aquaponics system setup with Tilapia right now and am growing veggies but was considering running some cannabis in it. I was worried there would not be enough nitrogen and minerals to keep the plants happy. 👍

@noble5052, Thanks for the heads up- I saw there is a viable aquaponic safe option to add liquid kelp/sea weed to help with the possible mineral/nute deficiency and not hurt the fish. Looks like the most effective grow method would be a hybrid like you did - transplant it with soil into the aquaponics medium. The tilapia definitely put out more nutrients than a few guppies 😁. I may try a clone cutting into the aquaponics soon. Thanks for the insight, and keep on experimenting and sharing your results!

@Beangineer, The cannabis is in a container with soil and clay media separated by burlap. I've been adding flowering nutrients and compost tea to the top. From what I understand soil is needed for microbes and to add minerals and other nutrients besides nitrogen. Also I'm sure tilapia could yield bigger plants than four guppies.
